Unprofessional, ignorant, useless hopeless and arguably negligent are the only words I can use to describe Silverthorn Conveyancing Langwarrin. I contacted Justine Knight at Silverthorn Conveyancing in March 2022 to settle on a property with my late mothers Estate, after nearly 3 months of hopeless service and conduct by Silverthorn Conveyancing, and following discussions with the Estate Executor and my Bank due to the unprofessional conduct of Silverthorn Conveyancing, I had to walked away and engaged a professional company to complete the Settlement. I have made a formal complaint to Consumer Affairs and would warn anyone considering using the services of Silverthorn Conveyancing to be very careful and think twice.
