Ben Wong provided exceptional service during our time at Silver Star Motors. We honestly could not have asked for a better Sales Executive than him in helping us choose a car - he is extremely knowledgable about his products, patient and a genuinely nice guy to talk to and deal with, definitely not your typical sales consultant. I bought a brand new mercedes from these guys. I took it back to them the next day as the rear bumper bar was not fitted correctly. I asked them if it had been in an accident and they denied it. They stated it was from the factory like that and it just needed new clips. They corrected the problem. Over time I noticed a few things that were not quite right with the car so I had it assessed. The assessor told me it had been in a head and tail collision pointing to things such as underspray, and the thickness of the paint in the areas where damage had been sustained.
Needless to say I haven't been back to them. We now buy our Mercedes from another dealership.
Please beware when dealing with this dealership. They are the reason why so many car dealers have a bad reputation.
Shocking service. Came in last Saturday mid day, went to the desk told them we wanted to buy a new car they took our number and that was it. We were looking around for about 25 minutes and no service. Understanding that they were busy but then following up on a call after saying they would do so. Poor service and will not be buying from Doncaster Mercedes.

Do not sign any contract with this company. I signed the contract with the pressure of e-mail and communications. They rushed me to pay 1500 as a refundable payment in case I changed my mind within three days The amount is returne. And I changed my mind for special reasons in less than three days, and so far a week, and I want to return the payment. No one responds to my emails, and no one contacted me. Please do not deal with them ever.
It's been 10 working days after I received a call from this dealer and promised me i get me refunded back in 10 working days nothing happened i call the head office nothing happened i can't I can't believe that a big company like Mercedes doesn't follow laws and promises.
I warn you, do not deal with this branch, I do not even know after you have your car from them how the going to deal with the warranty.
After 1 month u still not getting my refund Mercedes-Benz the head office the play game don't pay from this company my bank going to investigate and I called VCAT case

Alden provided me with the best experience when purchasing my GLA200, he was there every step including financing. He promised a deliver date and delivered on that day, if you are in search of a new car I would recommend speak to Alden. He also promised me an umbrella and I found it in the boot of my car.
Poor customer service. They did not refund my deposit for the car since 3 months ago. They finalised the contract withought my confirmation and they don't accept the responsibility of an issue cause by the dealer! Really disappointed. The staff are friendly but they need to accept their fault and be responsible for that.
