Second time visit and the coffee is still sooo good! Long black or yuzu spritz are delicious and refreshing. Single or blended are great choice for expresso or pour over. Glad to come back again to support local independent coffee.

The service were beautiful, the coffee was delightful and the vibes were the best! Was here for a short vacation and they were a highlight of the trip. Spoke to a very knowledgeable and friendly staff member named Ally (not sure how to spell) but she was very helpful with what coffee beans to take home! The coffee beans have been so far so good! Will definitely be coming back ️

Dropped in for a coffee with another about 10 people. Coffee was excellent. Even though I am trying to stay away from sweets I could not stick to my guns. Tried few different types including pistachio cake, Portuguese tarts and they all fantastic. Top of that service is 5 stars.

Fantastic coffee! They roast their own coffee, most (if not all) are organic and plenty of light roast options. Such smooth, aromatic coffee. Has been a game changer really. Additionally, customer service was great too. Staff took time to chat to us, understand our coffee needs, and made great recommendations. Thanks team!

Had oat milk latte in this cafe. It’s a very busy cafe but the service was quick and friendly. Got the latte in less than 10 mins. The coffee tasted ok, but some how the oat milk tasted a bit off.

I don't drink coffee, but I love a good soy chai latte. I can't have dairy, so I find soy milk to be the best tasting to use in a chai latte.

I just moved to Australia in December 2021, and I've been searching for that chai latte you want to go back for.

And I finally found it in a quiet picturesque town in a one-of-a-kind coffee shop called Silva.

If you are a coffee drinker who cares about the coffee you drink, then you know when you’ve had a good cup of coffee. The same goes with a chai latte. I've thrown out chai lattes after one taste.

Chai lattes should not be overly sweet like Starbucks, and they should not be made with a flavoured syrup in my opinion.

A nice chai latte feels lovely to drink. It slows you down to enjoy the experience that the flavours invoke in you. To me a delicate, smooth, ‘just the right amount of froth’ chai latte will be steeped with spices that instantly hit you and make your taste buds come alive.

At the same time, it warms you because the spices used in chai lattes are one's that bring you to that sense of sitting by a fire place all warm and cozy with your favourite hot beverage. Where in that moment you have this quiet joy knowing that nothing else matters. The spices are also grounding in a way that makes you feel at home in yourself.

The chai latte at Silva's spice mix was all these things and more - a beautiful blend with one not overpowering the other.

The froth was just right, and I love the hint of sweetness with the touch of honey they use.

For a place that is known for their coffee I hope this review helps you to be also known for your 5-star chai latte. I will be coming back.

Beautiful coffee, roasted on-site. Knowledgeable staff are happy to run through the coffee selection and they sell a small but decent range of quality coffee-related paraphernalia.

Excellent coffee, single origin Brazil BOM JESUS served as a double espresso along with a sparkling water, I purchased some beans, I was visiting the area, looking forward to a coffee from these beans when I return home.

Walked in coming from a mountain hike expecting sub par coffee, only to be greeted with a surprisingly excellent cap and batch brew. Big ups to this crew!

One of the best coffees we have had! We have been to Warburton thrice and have visited this Cafe every time. The staff is warm and friendly and their coffee smells as well as tastes great. Have not eaten much except for a savoury and a sweet item but those also have been delicious. Would love to come back soon.
