I was buying from interstate and couldn’t see it in person, but Alex provided lots of photos and videos of it so I could be assured the colours would work in our living space. He sent it to me quickly and provided updates at every step of the way. Very professional service and I would buy from Silk Road Rugs again.

I have purchased a rug online, based on the pics they were uploaded on the site. The following day Alex called to organise delivery. He also had a video chat so I could see the rug. Exchange or refund was available if the rug was not suitable once inside the room. I LOVE THIS RUG! QUALITY AND SERVICE ARE AWESOME! Would give them 10 star's out of 5! Use them!
