I would thoroughly recommend Silk Thai Massage & Spa. I walked in one day and they gave me Kathy. I've seen Kathy maybe 5-6 times since in the last month and couldn't be happier! She has a really good natural awareness of which area needs attention. Thank you Kathy!

Great traditional Thai place to get a massage. As an athlete this is great. They also have a infrared sauna but no showers unfortunately.

Great place to go, have been going there for four years. Just a little advice - the music is playing recently is not very relaxing, it would be great if you can play more soft and relaxing type of music during the massage

The best massage experience I’ve had in Melbourne. Had a full body massage (2 hours) with so much attention to main muscle aches. The massage therapist May gradually worked her way in and alleviated my muscle aches and helped me feel like I was walking on air after.
Loved this place very much, the ambience including reception. Definitely recommend 10/10!

Got the Silk Road package and it was worth every dollar and 2 hours. Staff were friendly, facilities clean and professional. The reflexology, massage, facial was a perfect combination to truly relax. Felt like I was in Thailand with its beautiful interior. Definitely recommend!

Best massage ever. I am a massage therapist. I've been many massage places, but this one is the go-go for me. I actually drive 45mins-1hr to get there.
Every time, I've got a different massue, but it's not the point. The point is they are all very good with what they are doing. The girls really know the way to get rid of the tightness on my body and relax them at the same time. I usually go for 2hr massage and detox box. The best ever!

I booked a 60 minute full body massage and 30 minute foot treatment. The foot massage was pure bliss, I would definitely recommend. The full body massage was less enjoyable. My massage therapist used her forearms and elbows for 95% of it (which I get is one component of a thai massage, but I've had many massages and it's never ALL of it.) So it ended up just feeling a bit clumsy and actually quite painful for some of it. I also asked her for less pressure at one point and she just laughed.

I had a massage here three weeks ago and I had a skin rush all over my body. At the start I thought it was a bad reaction to the oil they used but my GP said it was an infection probably from bad hygiene procedures.so not a good experience

I got 1 hour full body massage with my husband. The place is beyond our expectations. It looks like a small place from outside but actually it's big, nice, clean, neat and tidy. The receptionist welcomed us very nice and assist us to our room in second floor. The rest just both of us flying to Thailand getting a very good massage. My therapist name was Jeena.she is very well trained, got high skill with good manner. We were going home so happy and will definitely come back again. Thank you Silk day spa team.

One of the best, always nice staff and the massages are great. Great range of strength and they are attentive to what area you want to focus on. Tea is served after as well, and never feel oily after.

Silk is consistently busy which is a good sign. I’ve had many Thai massages here. Recently had two remedial massages with Kathy which were great!

One of the worst spa experiences ever. I booked a 60 mins Relaxation Full body massage with a 30 mins Foot massage. I was given a 90 mins full body Deep Tissue massage instead. I wanted to be fully relaxed after 90 mins and instead, it was a torturous 90 mins. I had no idea they had messed up the booking and I was thinking why the pressure was too much for a relaxation massage. I tried to tell the masseuse a few times that pressure was too much. She had hard time understanding what I said and kept on exerting pain on my bones and joins. I wasn't keeping track of the clock (I never do in the spa) since my eyes were closed and to my surprise she said 90 were up and the massage was over. I was at least looking forward to the 30 mins foot massage in the end. I complained to her at the end of the massage. Then she checked the records and apologized for the stuff-up. She said the receptionist who was new has left for the day and that she was told to give me a 90 mins mixed massage (it's the worst kind of deep tissue for me). I only had sore feet prior to massage. My feet were barely treated and I ended up having a muscle pains on my back (which I didn't have before the massage) that lasted a few days as a result of the intense pressure exerted. All in all, I had wasted my money for a 90 mins torture when I was after a relaxation experience of 90 mins.

I had today 1 hour massage with Carla and she was really amazing. Very professional service, highly recommended.

My first visit today and can’t recommend enough this place. Excellent Thai massage with great oils, towels and just the perfect pressure. Pinky was lovely. Definitely coming back.

Worst massage ever. Please DO NOT waste your money on it. Go somewhere else. They are just gonna touch your feet, not massage. Also, by putting weird minty lotion, my feet even felt sore and colder.
