Kelsey was lovely and I really enjoyed my treatment with her. My skin feels amazing and I was very relaxed.

Fantastic experience as soon as you arrive, friendly staff, calm and tranquil environment. I attended whilst pregnant and the staff were extremely accommodating at ensuring I was comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Worst massage ever. Please DO NOT waste your money on it. Go somewhere else. They are just gonna touch your feet, not massage. Also, by putting weird minty lotion, my feet even felt sore and colder. So disapointted byt their service.

The only place in Bendigo that I'll allow to touch my eyebrows anymore. (I've tried nearly every salon and brow bar) Tegan is so thorough and my brows are always amazing afterwards! The experience is always a pleasure, the music is relaxing and the whole place smells wonderful! My number one spot to go for anything waxing, tinting or message related! $32 for a brow wax and tint? ! You just can't go wrong!

The hairdresser didn't listen (or understand?) what I wanted, just did what she thought was best. Had to repeat myself multiple times which made me uncomfortable. Hair wasn't dry properly at roots so was a mess by the end of the day. Really felt like it was rushed to get me out the door quickly. I don't mind paying top dollar for a cut and colour but the price was extravagant for the quality of service received. Charged more than first quoted but didn't raise the issue as I just wanted to leave.
I'm hoping it was an icolated event because had such wonderful experience on previous occasions. Pretty sure I won't be back to test that theory though.
