Rancid meat goes into cevapi. Secret ingredient is chicken salt, pepper and bacon flavoured preservative powder.

Top of the line. Their own continental smallgoods with well dressed windows displaying a large range of meats and their own sausages.

Every product here is as good as you’ll get anywhere. Cevaps and smoked pork neck are must have items. If the service has any shortcomings it’s only because they can be insanely busy. After a long wait recently the guy behind the counter threw in a few kabana on the house to make up for the delay.

Best meat shop I have ever been, very hygienic and friendly staff. High quality meats and huge varieties. I am not a great connaisseur of meat and these guys have always helped me to pick the right meat for my recipe. I have been a Siketa customer for the last 3 years, every visit they are busy but don't compromise on the customer service and that says a lot. Great quality products at a very competitive price. Siketa meats has a broad variety of Pork, Beef and Lamb products. I purchased some Beef n Pork Chevapis (and can't wait to try then). They also have an impressive selection of sauces & marinades (including the Jack Daniel's range). Looking forward to my Pork n Fennel snags

My issue is that brisket is $11 a kilo in the display, I order a bigger cut without bones for smoking at its $18kg. No word that the price is different. It's poor form

Do not go here if you want a decent brisket, I was charged $17/kg for one of the driest pieces of flat I have seen; very much regretting not going a bit further to the butcher in Lara.
