Tina's initial visit was invaluable; she struck the perfect balance between listening and advising, and I'm convinced her guidance early had a big impact on the end result. The designing process moved along very efficiently, despite the long break for xmas looming, so in the new year, it was no surprise that the final installation stage went equally smoothly.
