I have had a great experience with the team at Signorino. They spent so much time helping me find the perfect stone for our home, to help create a really unique look. They have been full of information and advice, and spent hours and hours and (literally!) moved mountains to help make sure we could achieve our vision. Their stone selection is incredible, stunning and enormous, I have not needed to purchase stone from anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Carson went above and beyond to help me get the perfect stone for my kitchen, even though it had been discontinued. Can't wait to see it installed!

Very terrible customer engagement.
I have been trying to contact these guys for a quotation, they have not responded to me at all.
Furthermore, I have been calling the enquiry number multiple times, no body is picking up the call!
Things like these makes you wonder whether Signorio Tiles can deal with customers from different states at all.also whether these positivee reviews are legit?

I decided to share my experience in signorino. Carson, the store manager and his little brother Ria did help me a lot in the selection of my whole house including 4 ensuite, 2 powder room and laundry. The 5 star service and they actually help me to carry the big tile around the shop just in order to match the best result. That makes me touched. Difficult to tell you how professional they are unless go there once, you'll realise how good they are. In my case, Carson and Ria.can't wait to see how does it look like once my project is done.

To say this is one of the best stone gallery's in Melbourne is an under statement. I love going into the showroom to see my all time favourite Sandra (who literally bends over backwards for us) but to see all their beautiful products. Oh and you have to meet Louie. He is a character (but also knows his products like the back of his hand). Thank you team x

My partner and I were lucky enough to be served by Carson. He really took the time to understand our renovation needs and gave us great design recommendations. They also have an excellent range of tiles/stones. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

My partner and I went in looking for tiles for both our ensuite and main bathroom. We left the showroom feeling inspired, excited and above all respected by the most wonderful stylist, Retail Manager, Carson. We can honestly say that the service we experienced (right down to opening the door for us as we left) was the best we have been privy to. We will be back for all future projects and cannot wait to see our design come to life.

My wife and I were looked after by Josh Smart and you could be forgiven for thinking we were the developers of a 300 unit development. He treated us with respect, imparted his knowledge in an inclusive manner, offered us alternatives to consider and was just an absolute joy to work with.

Nothing was too much trouble, he ran back and forth to get us samples, answered all of our questions and even went and got water to demonstrate the slip factors on different tiles.

In a showroom such as yours where the product might often be the hero, I think Josh has done a fantastic effort at embodying the reputation that Signorino has earned and demonstrated for so many years. Trustworthy, reliable, professional.the best.

I've received best in class customer service from the stone gallery staff & Richmond showroom.

For those that haven't been to the stone gallery it's the size of a football field with endless Isles of the most beautiful slabs of stone you have ever seen.
Both James and Louis have spent hours with me meticulously knowledgeable and super patient. What a dream team!

I honestly couldn't be happier with the pieces I have chosen and am beside myself with excitement to see my house completed.

Picking out tiles was a little overwhelming until I made it to this place. As grand an entrance it is, I felt instantly comfortable in the care of the best assistant Sandra! She listened and asked questions and was completely engaged in the process with me.

When we first walked in the impression was WOW. A wonderland of beautiful tiles and showpieces, presentation was flawless & so much variety. But, not only was the showrooms welcoming & professional, the teams at both Richmond and Altona provided a service second to none. Super helpful, professional (not conceited), extremely knowledgeable of all the products and design principles. They all took the time to show us suggestions and ideas and helped to make the process fun and easy. Seriously, the teams provide impeccable service which is very hard to find these days. I'd highly recommend anyone to give Signorino a visit.you won't be disappointed.

Signorino have been great to work with. In particular Jerry was so helpful. We knew the tile we wanted and Jerry was very efficient and provided a great service. The tiles are beautiful, looking forward to seeing them when our laundry is complete.

Terrible costumer service, terrible attitude.they can't even identify their own codes, i texted and call emailed and no one ever got back to me.definitely not dealing with them anymore.

Signorino and their staff go above and beyond to meet customer needs. I had a seamless experience and nothing was too difficult for them. Highly recommend in every way.

Very poor service. They know how to sell stuff but they have little to no after sale care. We have call them several times with some faulty products and they just refuse to help.
Just ask them about your warranty or guarantee and see what they say.
They say someone will call back but they never do. Buyer beware! Seriously dodgy.
