Sideshow Burgers Williamstown

Went in to order- rang bell 5 times, no one to be seen. Waited another 5mins (10mins total) still no staff members to be seen.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Paid for sauce did not get it. Vibe wasnt amazing.
Not coming here again.

Staff member who served me sounded half asleep on the phone and lacked enthusiasm in person too. Also had an earphone in his ear?

I have met the franchise owner at another chain and he was super cool and welcoming. Pls hire better staff.

Would give a 10/10 to the customer service the girl was managing on its own inside outside yesterday although it was very busy there presetation and burgers are on next level best American burgers ever tried would reccomend and thumbs up service to the girl working out.

Happened to be in Williamstown and noticed my favourite burger place

As usual great flavour and value

Arrived at 1130 sign on door showed closed but open hours 11am

So we entered to find 1 lone staff member who proceeded to have a conversation on her earbuds while trying to serve.

Food wise - burger patty tasted like the Woolworths homeland frozen patties
Flavour wise the burger was a generic bland flavour

Floor was filthy, tables were gross yet was the first customer

If I wasn't so hungry would have left.
I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a quality burger or friendly service

Don't use the QR codes on the table to order. The online prices are higher than what's advertised on the in-store menu.

The burgers are good enough quality, but bland. My first few bites tasted like a McDonalds burger. All I could taste was pickle. The fries and onion rings tasted oily.

The restaurant has nice looking booths, but is cold and dreary and the tables are dirty. It's midwinter and I'm warmer sitting in my car.

The staff were friendly.

There's nothing offensively wrong with the place, but there's better options nearby.

Great food and great customer service. We had the 'Wheel of death' deal, and it was amazing. 100% recommended

When I approached the place it said on the door it was open till 10pm but they closed at 8: 30 that’s an 1 and half hour early they closed I was starving never coming back.if I could I would give 0 stars

Staff are not professional. They wait a lot and there is no parking. In addition, employees prepare it without paying attention to hygiene rules. Disgrace.

Amazing burgers, out of chips sadly, also wall was a bit sticky, overall very good would recommend

Pretty good food with many options in menu. Went for quick dine in but wait was longer than usual. Only one staff working in the store. Seemed busy with delivery orders and take away. Ridiculously long wait. People started lining up but couldn't help help but wait. We ordered our meal, fire eater which supposedly meant to be hot but wasn't. My partner had the freak show which came with beef and chicken patty, which wasn't too bad. Chips and onion rings were pretty good. Lots of vegetarian option, not sure how good it is though! They have desserts and icecream with good options.

Overall, good food. Could be better with more hands to help. From what we saw, lost couple of customers who came to order.

Honestly amazing burgers! I've taken my kids here 4 times in the past 2 months and they cant get enough.

Food is great, lots of variety on the menu, chips were crispy and burgers were so juicy.presentation was fantastic.however customer service is not great, staff seem disinterested.the Indian lady put the food down on our table without even saying anything.

They have vegan burgers, and it’s a bit of a fusion cuisine situation with tandoori chicken or kewpie mayonnaise!
Not much seating room, and a little dirty but the music was ‘Best of 2011-2014’ which was funny and made us boogie in our booth.

This place had gone down hill. The store is dirty, minimal stock and the chicken burger was average (ended up throwing it out). Ordered a side of BBQ sauce for $1.50. Picked up order to find they had given me a masterfood bbq sauce squeeze pack.

Appears to be franchised now and being run into the ground for profit.

Go to burger culture instead for better food and service.

Not the best burger I've had and I thought tad overpriced for the quality. Chips were good. Still solid enough though

Friendly staff. Ordered for pick-up, and food was ready on time.

Food itself was a bit disappointing. "melted cheese" was not melted. Buns were good, but the rest of the burgers was mediocre. Pads a bit too dry and everything a bit too salty. Waffle fries were terrible. Felt old and tasted mostly like overused frying oil (not crunchy at all, but as if they had been fried in old, expired oil last week and reheated for pick-up).
Burgers would have been OK, if they weren't so overpriced.

Amazing burgers! Every single time we’ve opted for this restaurant, we haven’t been disappointed. Such friendly and helpful workers, especially the owner. You should be very proud of your business and the food, too class! Mac and cheese croquettes are amazing! Keep up the great work guys!

Definitely the best burger I have had in a long time. And chips are 2nd to none. Perfect crunch and salt. Will be back for sure
