Sideshow Burgers Caulfield North

The garlic sauce was garlic paste on the loaded fries chicken over cooked and 18$! It was so messy barely any chicken, and they state cheese sauce! But it’s just melted cheese and not even melted! Do not eat here!

Living so close to this place is dangerous, the food is always top quality (carnival fries are amazing), and the staff are super friendly and quick. Highly recommend!

I should preface this review by saying I moved to Melbourne from America about six years ago so I have certain expectations for the food served by an "American-style burger joint". On the whole, I think Sideshow has done an ok job and the burgers, while not amazing, were decent enough. The ingredients were fresh and if I have one gripe, it is that the patty didn't have the oomph factor that you would get if they are properly seared on a smoky hot grill. However, my number one major disappointment was with the vanilla thickshake, which was made up with copious amounts of vanilla syrup drizzled into the glass rather than proper vanilla ice-cream. It was over-sweet, tasted very artificial, and was most certainly not thick. You guys need to up your game on the patties and particularly the thickshake.

Delicious burgers, extremely clean and organised place. Customer service is good as well, very friendly. Would definitely come back here.

The place is filthy!
The long sofa over at the window has 1 inch of black dirt and dust on it it's so vile
Tables and floors disgusting dirty and windows. You feel so dirty sitting in there.
Customer service is awful.

The sides at Sideshow Burgers are equally impressive. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the onion rings were golden and addictive. And let's not forget about the milkshakes! They were thick, creamy, and oh-so-indulgent. The perfect sweet treat to complement the savory burgers.

The Tightrope weekday lunch combo is tough to beat, dine in a delight, some tunes to add to the atmosphere wouldn't go astray though

Had a burger combo and it was okay.

The problem arose when I ordered deep fried Oreos - I noticed the sauces were cold and undippable and when I took a bite, the batter was still raw and uncooked. I checked all 6 oreos to see if they were similarly undercooked and to my disappointment they were. Shame as I was looking forward to them: (

Best burgers in town
The place is so clean, good quality food, friendly staff and tasty food. Will definitely give it another try

Burgers were super yummy, great portion size. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great range of burgers, milkshakes and sides.

Freak Show (Beef + Chicken)
Our #1 for sure! We love classic beef burger or chicken burger, so why not put both together as one? ! This is the ultimate combo burger that I’m sure many will love *btw there’s egg too so it’s basically perfect!

Trampoline (Lamb)
If you’ve ever wondered how a souvlaki will taste as a burger, this is it! This is so unique, I don’t think we’ve ever came across lamb burger before. The lamb was cooked nicely and the tzatziki was the perfect glue for all ingredients.

Danish Pole (VG)
For our vegetarian/vegan friend, Sideshow burger is not leaving you out! Besides beyond meat patties, they also have this delicious grilled mushroom which gave smoky goodness, the halloumi to add savoriness topped with chili mayo & bbq sauces

Devilish Wings
I personally am obsessed with wings and these ones hit the spot! The wings had crispy skin and juicy meat, the chipotle sauce coated the wings perfectly and brought the well balanced sweet & spicy flavors out

Carnival Fries
Can’t have burgers without loaded chips! This one was cooked perfectly crunchy topped with delicious chili mayo & melted cheese

Ferrero Rocher Super Shakes
This was thicc and delish! Can’t go wrong with a nice sweet shake to balanced the savoriness of the meals.

Overall, there are plenty of seatings and the food was great. The service can be improved by hiring more staff especially when the place will get busy in the future. For the staff to work on her own on the day of our visit and nailed all the meals were impressive, but we hope she’ll get some extra hands soon

PS: For people in the east, don’t get FOMO as you can now get their burgers in their Croydon branch

The food was ok.
It came out spontaneously with some people at the table finishing before they got it all out. 5 burgers to make and some chips?
The order was wrong and two of the burgers were different from what was ordered.
It was not that busy at the time.
Hopefully if we come back it would of improved

Order an ice cream and I was served not even half a scoop. Smaller than the size of the cone. Very disappointing

Enjoyed the burger, though wording on the "diablo" deal needs to be changed, says you get a "large fries" the only "fries" on the menu is Waffle fries and sweet potato fries, the other menu item is "chips" the meal includes large chips, not an option on the fries.
