Great spot for delicious burgers and quick service by friendly staff! The fact that they're open later is a bonus too

Stepped in to sideshow on a hot summer day in Melbourne to cool down with an Ice cream. Place looks great, nice and clean set up with 3 other businesses in one place (Sideshow burger, Pizza Collective, Channel fish and chips). This centre is called Blackburn eatery. We ordered some ice creams which were ok and couple of donuts to try which was also ok. Sideshow has a very interesting burger menu which we would love to try another day.

What have you done to your fries. Why would you change such a good thing to the soggy mess you serve now. I understand the current shortages etc and also the struggles of small business, but when you also alter your meal options to to increase our overall spend to nearly $70 for 2 meals it's just a bit too much. Such a shame was my go to since u opened and ur burgers and shakes are on point.

Great sideshow burger very juicy in a meal the chips are crispy and well salted, I'm so full when I eat here ️️

Great people serving in the kitchen

Ordered a take away chicken burger and chips. The chips were inedible and tasted like they had been double cooked. The burger had a tiny piece of over cooked chicken and gross tasting sauce and cheese. I am very disappointed. I have ordered from other sideshow burger franchises in the past and they were great.

What happened to this place. Cold Soggy but somehow stale chips. Burnt Bacon, Missing ingredients on the burger like cheese. This has happened 3 times now, weeks apart too so not a once off. Clearly they aren’t learning from the negative reviews. Unfortunate as they use to be the best in the area, now most of it goes into the bin. Luckily Uber refunded every time because even they saw how uneditable the food is. Food has also been made more expensive for worse quality. Yes cost will be up, but the quality should atleast of remained

Yuck. Just too greasy, and tastes like the burgers are made by people who've never had a burger. The menu is quite fun and whacky but after a single bite it's just oily and heavy and the novelty is gone. Actually don't mind indulgent burgers but the ingredients are too poor to carry the fur they make. Hard avoid.

The chicken burger was very tasty and satisfying i could hardly finishit The chips very hot and well salted just as chip's should be.
My wife had the vegetarian option with field mushroom instead of meat which she enjoyed
Staff were very friendly and efficient
Will definitely go again

I ordered veg pizza and they give me non vegetarian pizza and horrible customer service I never go again and pls don’t go this shop pls

I really don't know how the ratings are so high! Maybe they send different quality for Uber Eats cause of the app commission etc? When I pick up, it is awesome.but last 3 Uber Eats orders have been a disaster! They also have On The Wings on Uber and today I had to throw all the wings cause the meat was stale. The order looked nothing like the picture and tastes just bad! Not coming back mate.

Burgers were great,
Chips weren't,
No marking on the burger boxes to indicate which one is which, creating confusion with a large order pickup. Could be rectified by stickers, or texta.
Would happily order the burgers again, but skip the chips.

The photos don't lie - it's good! I had the Sideshow burger and small fries. Very impressed, to be honest. Not too much sauce, bun was beautiful, fries are great. I'd show you a pic, but I ate it all first. Far better than any ol' diner. I'll be happy to drop by again!

This place is amazing! Super friendly staff & yummy food. We had a Roman pizza & penne Carbonara & both were delicious. The Carbonara sauce tasted beautifully cheesy & fresh. The pizza was cooked to perfection The vibe of this place is very happy, you can hear people laugh with each other which is so wonderful to see. They’ve got brilliant lunch specials as well. Will be back for more. Highly recommended. Disclaimer: once you’ve been here, you will want more.

A convenient diner style stop close to home, great variety of meal options (we had amazing Side show burgers), super fast and friendly service. Will be back to collect more loyalty tokens. Thank you!

Great food and great service. The burgers were made quite quickly, and came out looking incredibly fresh. We got the 3 musketeers with 2 strongmans (double beef Pattie’s and a smoky Joe’s, and the flavours were amazing. Beef patty was juicy, and they add a twist by putting in kewpie mayo.

Fries were golden and crunchy, and the devilish wings had just the right amount of tang to them.

Service was also great - the owner/server checked in several times to see how everything was going. Great with the vic dining and entertainment scheme as well

Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again sometime

I rarely write reviews, and I’m not a vegan by any means but I NEED to let everyone know how good the Vegan Bohemian Gypsy burger is! 100/10!

Honestly it didn’t look too appetising but wow, what a great tasting burger! Nice vege patty, fresh ingredients and a nice semi spicy sauce to top it off! I ordered a beef burger for backup but I really did prefer the vegan burger! Will be back to try the rest of the vegan/Vege burgers.

Excellent, just superb. Great staff, gave me a complimentary scoop of ice cream on the house. Overall immaculate experience ;)
