Sorted out a sewer blockage issue promptly, including negotiating and extracting a suitable and prompt response out of the relevant drain Authority. Had a blocked stormwater drain. Dave explained everything over the phone and was very informative about what the potential issues may be and how big a fix it may need.

Mick came out and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and unblock the pipe, issue was a breakage with tree roots invading the drain.

Mick marked out where to dig and from there I was able to excavate it myself and apply a permanent fix quite easily.

Have had no issues since and can't thank the team at Sideliner enough.

My problem was a major root infested sewer line underneath concrete. Pipe relining was the best solution for a permanent fix. Sideliner was selected on the basis of their experience, cliental and locality. Job was completed in 2.5 days. Work area was cleaned up after each day. Another quality was their punctuality and workmanship. Highly recommended for major jobs.

They do what they say they will do, on the day that they book, at the price that they quoted. The service is excellent, the comms friendly and clear. The guarantee on work and goods helps with trust. I come back to this mob every time I have a problem. Strong recommendation.

They booked my appointment to fix drainage blockage 2 weeks before and never appear.
They even cancelled scheduled appointment.
Dave one of the guy from there was not even picking up phone when called.
So unprofessional behavior of these guys.
They literally wasted my time.

Mick came to our property to do the initial investigation and patiently answered our silly questions. This was the reason we chose them among all the other quotes we had.
