When I first started going here for regular massages I was pregnant and the services offered to pregnant people was amazing. I'm not pregnant anymore, but I still receive amazing service and quality massages. Katie has to be my favourite, just because she suits my preferences.

Had a back, neck and shoulders massage today, was slightly painful removing the knots out of my back that were close to the shoulder area which was expected but the masseuse performed a great job and had good upper body strength. It felt great afterwards because I could move around freely as there was no more tension in my back area.

Perfect massage after being in lockdown for so many months.
Foot massage was great. Will be back

Thai Philosophy Reservoir is the best place where to relax, enjoy a beautiful massage and the warm welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely clean! The staff is super professional, qualified and friendly. We are customers since two years and would not go anywhere else and we hope they are going to be there forever!

This review is for my experience 2 months ago. I always come to this place when I was living in Reservoir. Now I drive 30 mins from my new place just to get there because my previous exp was really good, I think I’ve been there more than 10x and some of the therapist knows me.

The last time I had a massage the therapist is rude to me because I have been requesting for her for a medium pressure, then she answered very rude tone she said ‘you dont know what you really want’. I did not pay 70 dollars to be treated like that. I dont feel relaxed because its very awkward having a therapist like her. She seems not happy on what she’s doing, and that is not my fault if she is having a bad day, I came to have a relax day but she ruined it.

I called the receptionist for a complaint.

I've been here 3x and it is such a gem in this suburb meaning I don't have to travel towards the city for any quality massage. The venue is excellent. It is professional in a clean environment and the staff are also well trained. I'll be coming back again and again.

I booked a 1 hour deep tissue massage for $75. When I arrived I asked the receptionist if the deep tissue massage included a foot massage. I was advised that "Foot Massage" was an "Add-On" - it would cost an additional $25 for 15 minutes of foot massage (33% additional cost for 25% additional time). Both of my feet were aching so I agreed to the "Add-On" and paid the receptionist $100.
The deep tissue massage was fantastic, and the foot massage was very good too. I felt much better when I left than when I walked in.
I looked at the time as I was leaving the premises. I had been there for only 1 hour. So I paid an additional $25 or 33% for 0 additional time.
This place is good but beware of the "Add-On".
