30 minutes before they took our order and another 90 before the meals started to come out. Don't go if you're hungry.

You provided 2 basic entrees to 7 people. Just because 1 person is late does not mean you don't even come to take any orders. We weren't even provided drinks.
So many take away orders. They were clearly given priority. At NO stage of ordering were we told you were short staffed. You could have given up the opportunity to eat elsewhere. A decent restaurant would check in with customers especially if there was a delay.

Absolutely fantastic food,
very high quality, fresh super tasty authentic Thai cuisine and bonus very fairly priced.

We have been going to this restaurant for long time. Owner of the restaurant is rude, disrespectful to families. Food use to be good when his wife was operating it. She is excellent. But because of the her husband we will never go back again.food quality poor now and I will not recommend anyone.

Delicious Thai food. Good service. Food was prepared quickly despite the restaurant being busy. Wine was good too.

We went in for a quick bite for an early dinner before a nearby show. & the staff were happy to accommodate our needs for a fast service.
I'll be back to have the pumpkin chicken curry again no worries!

I have been going to Siam Kitchen for many years, and still to this day I can say it's one of the best Thai restaurants in the Western Suburbs. Highly recommend

We chose vegetarian.
Spring rolls, Pad cha, Thai fried rice,
Steamed Jasmin rice.
It was deliciously fresh and beautifully cooked. Enough for 4 light eaters.
Good value at $42.

This place is fantastic. Food always great and service fantastic.

Sadly can only leave 1 star. Ordered and informed about a 45 minute wait. No problems. Get there on time and told another ten minutes. 25 minutes later no sign of food and maybe still being cooked. Gave up and when asked for a refund the manager got grumpy at me as if the wait for over an hour ten was my fault. I understand ‘staff shortages’ but this is ridiculous and to have the refund half thrown back at me is childish at best. If you’re hungry - maybe be prepared to wait a long time or simply order elsewhere.
Edit: I was not disrespectful to any staff in fact after sitting and waiting for an extra 23 minutes and only then asking one staff member politely about my order the only person I spoke to was the owner so comments below re being abusive are a blatant lie. But thankyou for confirming that even though we had ordered and you told us 45 minutes, and then another 10 minutes and then 25 minutes later the food still wasn’t ready - confirmation that priority was being given to ‘walk in’s’ and counter orders is good feedback for others to be aware of,

It’s great to have a yummy local Thai restaurant. I ordered the pad see ew, pad kee mao, curry puffs and roti bread, all delicious. Staff are lovely also. Just a really positive and easy take away option. We will be back again and again.

We were visiting friends who ordered take out from this place.

Food was good but they forgot some items and when my friend called the person on the phone wasn’t even apologetic and instead of making it a priority to deliver it they just said when the driver is next out they’ll drop it off.

Pretty terrible service especially when you’re in the wrong.

Kids like the Pad See Ew and they have fresh spicy papaya salad and Thai beef salad. Would highly recommend.

Awesome service, even through our take away was running late the restaurant offered to deliver free of charge. The food was amazing would reccomend.

Good food in the main, had massaman curry, pad thai and stir fry garlic prawns as mains, but roti bread went hard very quickly after picking up

Very well priced, lovely and quiet when I went due to the late time of my visit but service was attentive and prompt and food was quite lovely as well. Definitely hoping to be back soon to try more of the menu

Ordered takeaway, the food was ready in a timely manner and upon pick up I was served by friendly and welcoming staff. The Chicken Pad Thai was nice but lacking a bit of flavour. The pastry on the curry puffs was divine but the inside was a let down as it was frozen veggies from the supermarket.

Food was nice and reasonably priced but don't expect much meat in the meat dishes, we got Mossman curry with 3 tiny pieces of beef and lots of potato, place has no ambience but it's ok for a quick meal.

Recommend this place if you’re after Thai food that’s delicious and served by friendly and welcoming staff.

Came here on a busy night but the staff were still so friendly and attentive. Food came out pretty quick too. Ordered stir fried chicken with peppercorn and Pad Thai. They were all delicious. Totally recommend

Had the Vegetable Pad Pet. Delicious. And staff very accommodating when I asked for a milder version.
Will go there again.
