What a wonderful loving person Dr Kay Li she is the best doctor that ever existed the way she goes beyond the call of duty for you is out of this world. My family have been going to her for awhile now and she has service that you never get anywhere! The most smartest person and loving person I have ever seen!
I wish all doctors were like Dr Kay Li, what a doctor!

My doctor Dr Nadereh Mazloumi was very helpful and assisted me with my issue promptly, on top of taking my concerns seriously. In addition the receptionist (unfortunately wasn't able to catch her name) was super helpful as well and answered any questions I had while waiting for my appointment. Overall highly recommend.

I have never been to such a friendly, well run GP Clinic, the reception staff Kathy and Andy are beautiful and make you feel so welcome, even knowing some patients by name. The Doctors are friendly and thorough and the nurse was wonderful I didn't even feel the 2 vaccinations I had. I will now be bringing my family to this clinic even though it is not my local it is worth the 20 minute drive.
The fact that you can get your Radiology, Pathology and even Allied Health done here is spot on!

Very clean and big medical center. The receptionists and doctors are very friendly and professional. There was no waiting time, I met Dr Ching Kay Li，she was very patient, thorough, and clearly understood her stuff. She listens, asks questions, and takes her time. Her Mandarin speaking is great, which relieved me a lot of mental load and allowed me to better communicate with her about my physical condition, which was a great experience!

Very professional. Dr Nadereh was very polite and informative. Flu jab was very pleasantly administered by a courteous trained nurse.

Excellent experience overall! I had to change my previous GP due to the location and I did not regret choosing SIA Mulgrave. Doctor Kay was very helpful and managed to assist with my problem. I was also able to get a blood test done on the same day of my appointment. I definitely recommend the place.

I was a little apprehensive changing surgeries after 30 years, new doctors, too but SIA made it so easy. Delightful, huge, fresh interior, friendly staff and understanding GP.
Easy access BONUS! 9/10 stars because the Pathology Department is only open 8-12am ATM (but does pick ups at end of day, so no biggy). CIA is open 7 days a week, bulk billed!
