Was told to come back for a follow up appointment which I thought would look further into my issue but instead was told all was well and then I had to pay $85 for the privilege of that information when a phone call would have sufficed or tell me in my first appointment that if the meds worked there was no need to come back in. I asked for a repeat script incase my symptoms came back just to tide me over as I couldn’t afford time off work and was told I would have to book another appointment in that circumstance. Completely unnecessary to charge that much for a follow up, feel like they don’t care about the patients, just looking for you to spend more money on unnecessary appointments.

Was very impressed with our first experience at Sia Moonee Ponds. We attended for our kids annual influenza vaccines and the experience couldn’t have been less painful - literally! Dr Natasha Nointin was fantastic with kids.

Dr. Christina Mason is amazing. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns - something that is not always that common at the moment in our underfunded healthcare system.
She is extremely empathetic and makes me feel comfortable.
Shout out to reception staff Rosie and Catrine too - they are absolutely lovely.

Dr Rita is absolutely the bestest. She is very caring, has a wealth of knowledge and listens to your concerns and you don’t feel rushed. I am so grateful and relieved to have finally found a top GP! The other staff are also very friendly and are at tentative and professional. The clinic is nice and bright and easy to access.

Dr Sarah Zhang at this clinic is probably the best GP I've ever been treated by. She is so calm and gentle and actually listens to her patients and doesn't make you feel like you're just another number in a queue. The reception staff are also really friendly and helpful and great to deal with. I have no issues that this clinic isn't bulk billed, as the service you receive is so excellent

And the doctors, are amazing! I have seen 3 of them and they are all equally kind, caring and thorough. I never feel that I've been rushed as I have with some other medical centres.

Receptionist was absolutely rude and unhelpful. Made a Telehealth appointment and she said she called but no missed calls. Then instead of apologising she continued to argue and be condescending. Do not go here!

I could not recommend this general practice enough. I have received care from doctors at various different clinics and none even come close to here. Dr Rita Furlan is an exceptional doctor and has always taken very good care of myself and my partner. During a very hard year we each came in to see her almost once a week and she was always very patient, gave clear and detailed information, demonstrates genuine care, understanding and professionalism. She has helped me manage gastrointestinal problems, anaemia, chronic pain and complicated mental health issues in a way previous doctors have always fallen short. Dr Cheasley and the nurse are also excellent, and Rosie at reception deserves a special shout out for her excellent service and sense of humour. The wait times at this clinic can be long, so it pays to book in advance, and it is well worth the standard of care.

The experience with doctor is great.but I found the receptionist Julie is quite cold and she seems doesn’t really care about customer service.also the fee information is not transparent, when I asked how much it gonna cost to see the Gp, I was told by the receptionist “i don’t know, it depends “. Which seems very dodgy and odd. There is no fee information on their website either.

Dr. Andrew Cheasley is the best physician I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is kind, caring and extremely thorough with a perfect bedside manner. Very easy to open up to and inspired my trust immediately. Dr. Cheasley is highly skilled and evidently has lot's of experience. Further, he is personable, professional and with genuine empathy and compassion. The world might be a better place with more doctors like him in it. Highly recommend.

The receptionist on the phone when I called to make an appt was kind, on arrival prior my appt they were so nice and friendly too. The GP I saw made me feel very comfortable and was really super lovely also. It was my first time going to this clinic and I will continue to come here for any medical appointments!

Dr Cheasley best GP you could ask for. Caring thorough, never rushes his time with you. He actually cares about you. Best GP I have ever seen. Rosa and the girls are amazing. Make you feel like one big family

I see the osteopath Lucia Ho, I dont really know where to start she has looked after family members and friends for over 7 years she is fantastic so professional and really works from the heart.
Ive been to plenty of physeos chiropractors massage therapist's you name it Ive tried it. Cant get past Lucias treatment.

Wonderful Clinic with a first-rate team of DR's providing the best in patient care. Dr Halabi and Dr Cheasley are both extremely personable and thorough.
