Si Senorita Bar reviews
26Did the bottomless dinner here and was 10/10! Lots of drinks, food was really tasty, they let us continue our jugs after the set time which was awesome! Well worth the money
The food was quite average, however the portions were huge. The burrito bowl was quite bland and lacked seasoning or flavor. However the vibe and drinks and service was a 10/10.
Website needs to be fixed.i booked for bottomless tacos for 5pm, was told they weren’t open at 5 and was told to wait half an hr then after waiting was told that they didn’t do bottomless tacos anymore.i understand things happen but the employee could’ve felt with the situation better.
We try different kind of dishes but our favourite was the chicken quesadilla its really nice the mix of ingredients and the nachos with pico de gallo and beans are really good. All the food had a really good taste but I personally think that maybe the Birria taco can be better it seems like need more flavour.
What an environment. I got absolutely trashed here. Bottomless is truly bottomless - I did not find the bottom. The bottom found me. I pissed for 3 minutes straight and set a world record for urination. Expect my entry in the next edition of Guiness Book of Records. Great place to eat an absolute feral amount of quesadillas. They kept bringing them over on request - they could've fed a small village. God damn. Amazing. I am cooked.
Visited on an evening and enjoyed company with friends. The waitstaff were lovely and the margaritas were delicious.
The downfall was the food. We ordered the chicken enchiladas and unfortunately, they were not enchiladas at all - they were more like soggy tacos smothered in tomato salsa. The dish lacked flavour and was a bit cold. Despite the small serving, I did not finish the meal because it wasn’t that nice. I expect more from an enchilada dish due to what I’ve experienced at other restaurants.
The venue is nice, however, with fitting decor and a good atmosphere.
I got positive feedback about the birria tacos from friends - only downside would be the small serving size.
Awesome food, even better staff, everyone so friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. Would definitely go again!
Just went here for lunch. Omg the fish tacos were amazing. The guacamole was good too. Wish it wasn't so far away, or I'd come all the time
Food was tasty and service was quick. A bit pricey but worth it. Would definitely come back. Views were quite nice aswell.
We went for the Birria Tacos however when we arrived we found out they do not serve them on Friday’s. We stayed and ordered food and we were disappointed.
Pros:
- The chicken wings and poppers were pretty good
Cons:
- supermarket bought mission corn chips
- no cheese on the nachos
- there was so much salt on everything, that’s all we could taste.
When the waitress asked me how everything was I said ‘to be honest not great’. I explained that there was so much salt on everything (even the store bought mission corn chips had salt added to them) we could hardly eat the food and found it strange that there was no cheese on the nachos. The waitress started to argue with me instead of taking the feedback on and passing it onto the chef.
Also, If you are a Mexican restaurant in Melbourne where food standards are high, at a minimum make your own corn chips. Supermarket bought mission corn chips don't cut it.
Great atmosphere and a killer Taco Tuesday deal, staff could be a bit more attentive but overall a great Mexican spot.
Have had better bottomless experiences. For $55 we had 3 jugs of drinks that came out and only 3-4 options of quesadillas and taco chips for the food. Flavours were meh, nothing special. Staff however were lovely.
I was surprised at how expensive it was, we didn't have a huge amount of food and only had one drink each, but still came to just over $60 a person. The food was ok, and the portion sizes were good. I was disappointed in the nachos though. They don't come with cheese, which I was surprised by, so I asked for cheese, and it wasn't melted. Still, we had a good time there, and the food was quite nice.
Odd to see negative reviews about the All You Can Eat Taco Tuesday because it was incredible! Very friendly staff, great ambience, quick service, didn't wait more than 5/7 mins between plates the whole 90 minutes. Got there late for happy hour but the drinks at full price were worth the taste and value. Would highly recommend and will be back!
Ordered various drinks, grilled corn, pork, beef and fish tacos, quesadillas, nachos and jalapeño poppers - nothing was good, all below average and paid quite a bit for it. Very disappointed overall for the average drinks and food
The ‘bottomless’ deal for 12 people ($660) included 4 dinner plates of quesadillas, some small trays of corn chips with zero guacamole and a few jugs of tasteless, heavily watered down sangria. By the end we’d spent an extra $600 on pretty exy cocktails and when we went to pay the $1200 bill - no split payments!
Si señorita? More like no gracias.
‘Bottomless dinner’ actually just a plate of quesidillas to share with very watered down drinks for $55/head! Literally nothing else- total scam. Then saying one person had to pay $1200 cause they don’t split bills. No gracias!
Service was terrible. We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks. Staff were dismissive and rude. Got angry when we complained about the frozen margarita not tasting right, so they remade it and it wasn’t frozen. Then I told them it wasn’t frozen and they said they added less ice because i complained it was ‘watery’ when I said it taste like salt water. Argued back and fourth with me saying it was ‘my tastebuds’ instead of apologising or being understanding. Food was bland
Meh, chips are tasty but not crispy, tacos are alright but mostly flavorless, drinks are ok but overpriced
We came to Si Senor for the bottomless! Such good atmosphere and great service. Sebastian looked after our table and made delicious margaritas too! Great value for money! Thanks again Si Senor
