Showbiz Performing Arts Studios

We are so looking forward to our third year at Showbiz. My daughter has been dancing for 11 years and joined Showbiz in 2018 after we moved into the area. We were warmly embraced by the whole Showbiz family. Not only does the school teach the kids dance, they also teach them to respect and look after one another. Showbiz has become a second home for my daughter, making lifelong friendships whilst flourishing as a dancer.

The studio owner, Genie has taught me since I was three years old. She has taught me so much more than dancing, but how to be the best version of myself. I have learnt values and many life skills being apart of the Showbiz family, such as persistance, resilence, teamwork, confidence, strength, social skills and much more.
Every child is unique and shines within the Showbiz team!

I do not recommend this place at all.
This place is so disorganised. Director and staff are disrespectful and I would not recommend.

Showbiz is such a fun and engaging place to learn new things and make friends! They offer all kinds of dance training and not only teach dance skills and technique, but how to perform and step out of your comfort zone, to be great. Even after 10years of training, I never got tired of going to any of my classes, because they are always so fun and exciting. I use to be very shy, but Showbiz really helped me step out of my bubble and I am so thankful for everything Genie and the team did for me. You really connect with the people around you and they also have excellent facilities. Try a class for yourself to see! You won’t regret it ;)

My daughter had been part of the Showbiz family for 6 years now. We were welcomed from the very beginning and continue to do so to this day. Genie is kind and aims to see every child shine. My daughter loves it and looks forward to starting every new year and growing as a dancer. Well done Showbiz.

A wonderful family orientated dance studio.
My daughter started her training over 10 years ago when Showbiz first opened their doors.
It became her second home. She never looked back and gained so much knowledge and skill from the amazing dedicated teaching staff.
The school principal Genie Costabile is always there to nurture and direct the students the right way. The end of year concert is always a highlight very professionally done.
Now my daughter is training fulltime in performing arts and teaching at Showbiz.
It is still a special place to both of us.

I have been dancing at Showbiz for many years now and I have never stopped loving this studio. The environment is so friendly and inviting which makes me want to go to dancing everyday of the week. Coming from another studio where I was not treated nicely Genie the studio director has shown much love and dedication to not just me but also my other peers. My dancing has improved a large amount which has made me grow as a dancer and a performer. I have participated in many competitions and events while being at Showbiz as there are so many different opportunities for every student. I would highly recommend Showbiz to anyone who is looking for a studio to be at.

Our daughter has been dancing with Showbiz Performing Arts Studio for almost 5 years now. During this time, she has had a plethora of amazing opportunities provided for her by Genie (Director), some of which include dancing at Dancelife Nationals Competition in Sydney, performing at Moomba Festival and the Royal Melbourne Show and also performing in Fame Jnr The Musical. Genie and her wonderful team of talented teachers run a professional, fun, welcoming and extremely talented dance school. To top it all off our daughter has also made life long friends along the way - her Showbiz Family! Genie ensures every child (regardless of talent levels) gets the opportunity to shine and enjoy doing what they love best - performing!

My girls have been with ShowBiz for 6yrs now it’s such an amazing dance school my girls have improved so much the teachers are fantastic it’s a very friendly and family oriented school my girls have made so many friends.i have been to a few dance schools and i have found that this is the best dancing school the dancing school allows you to have so many opportunities and they are so encouraging they help each and every student. My girls love going dancing they dance 5 days a week and look forward to it everyday love this dance school!

This has been a fantastic dance school for my children with an amazing family atmosphere and highly professional dance education. Would highly recommended this place

For me dancing at showbiz has been life-changing. The studio has kind teachers and peers, it provides a second home and It encourages you to be yourself and that's what i absolutely love about showbiz

Disorganised. Rude receptionist, not a good experience.
I am applauded at the inconsiderate behaviour of the staff, who had the audacity to remove and embarrass a ten-year-old from performing in the Finale after she was told she could.
The receptionist was unnecessarily rude and dismissive of my request for a T-Shirt even though I had paid for one as part of the costume fees.
She has destroyed my daughter’s enthusiasm desire and dream to perform
I would hate to think how this organisation are teaching out children to behave

Showbiz is such an amazing school that provides many opportunities. All the teachers are amazing and respect, and help everyone to reach their goals. The performances are always amazing and are full of energy and dazzling costumes! Showbiz is definitely a second home to everyone that goes there.

ShowBiz is the best Dance School ever. Since I have gone there, I have learnt so much. Everyone at ShowBiz from Teachers, to Students, to Recipitionists and even to Parents are all so incredibly loving, caring, nurturing and hard - working. ShowBiz is a Dance School where everyone's love for dance is embraced and where everyone is allowed the chance to shine. It's no secret to say that ShowBiz is a family. We all bond so well together and all live each other so very much. From Competitions, to Concerts to Charity Events, we all go hand in hand to work our absolute butts off, succeed and fulfill our dreams. I am beyond lucky to be apart of something so incredibly and well - oiled. There is honestly nothing bad I can say about ShowBiz - it's organised, friendly, talented and nurturing.
If me and my family were to recommend a Dance School to anyone, it would be ShowBiz!

Showbiz provides a large variety of dance, drama, musical theatre, singing and instrumental classes, that anyone can take part in. This dance school doesn’t just provide classes, it also provides students with a second family, where everyone is loving, caring and is always supportive of one another. While dancing and learning at showbiz for many years, I have been able to do what I love - perform! And it has taught me to build up my confidence. The teachers and choreographers at showbiz are always nurturing and willing to help with anything, and they will always support you no matter what. It is an amazing family to be apart of! ️

I find the extreme make-up, sexualised clothing and repetitive music exasperating. I've notice (especially the clothing) is incredibly inappropriate and advocates certain behaviour/s which could be calamitous in the future. Very dolorous.

I've been to many dance studios, and by far ShowBiz is the best! The friendly environment, teachers and students allow classes to be so enjoyable with incredible choreography and costume choices suited to age groups!

This place is full of only the best! The best teachers with amazing choreography and great costume and music choices. Every single student new and old is apart of a family. But not any normal family, an inspiring, encouraging, funny and entertaining family. The students who have also been at the school for a while really make the new ones settle in really quickly and extremely well. I would definetly recommend this place!
