We were just visiting the Swan Hill region. You have a little gem of a cinema there. The staff we extremely friendly and helpful. Gave us ideas on what to see and do around the area. Lovely cinema. Would recommend visiting.
We accidentally booked the wrong time so we went in and staff were very accommodating in swapping us to the correct time. Cinemas were very clean and popcorn was fresh and delicious
Excellent experience at the cinema. I come from out of town so i always book online. Its easy and i get to choose where i sit. Love coming in and watching the latest movies
We love coming to see a movie for a night out. The cinemas are always clean and the staff are wonderful.
Always clean and tidy and friendly staff to talk too! Popcorn is my favourite part of going to the cinemas and they never let me down! Its always nice and hot and yummy. Would highly recommend
My Favourite place to be with my Best Friend. I book online and we sit in our Fav most comfortable seats every time, heaps of leg space and a holder for drinks. Share a combo meal purchased from the friendly and funny staff. As busy Mums we go and relax in comfort and pure joy of uninterrupted time that is just for us. Best Cinema Experience!
Double Standard.
This is not the first time I had been pick on.
A few occasions I was told that I need to purchase ticket for my daughter (2 years old)
She is sitting on my lap throughout the movie.
Today I'm taking my kids to watch The Secret life of pets 2. We purchased the tickets online.
She told me the scanner did not read the screenshots tickets. So we have purchase the tickets again!
Funny thing another person would be able to used their tickets from the screenshots.
A remark was given that my phone is different and can't be zoom.
Love coming to the cinema. Kate and staff are friendly and welcoming. It's very clean and the movies are great.
I spent $53 for 3 tickets (1student and 2 adult) on top of the fact popcorn is $10 but in the usual cinema it's 8.50 for an even larger box of popcorn on top of the fact that the popcorn was cold and stale, and the sound and screen looks like my home cinema, and sounds worse too and the staff interrupt you during the movie for no reason at all, NEVER EVER AGAIN
Ryan loves coming to the cinema. Great for kids, young adults and families. His Nana and him love the outing and regularly go together
The price of the cinema is way too much for the for the size and quality of the screening rooms
