Very frustrating experience. Finally today my showbags arrived, almost 6 weeks after I ordered them.

Communication has been poor over the saga.

Hard trying to explain to the kids why their fun lockdown showbags don't turn up in the 5-9 days that the website suggests.

I brought a few bags for my kids plus other children. Amazing. Great service, great products kids loved them. Thank you so much for making our children smile. I wish your company the best. Very happy customer.

I ordered on 20th Aug. I received an email on 31st Aug (11 days later) that the order had been shipped, and on the 8th Sept (another 8 days) I am still waiting for it to arrive, with Aus post estimating tomorrow (which will be another 9 days for delivery) and 3 weeks since the order (if it arrives tomorrow). So, it has been slow to send out the order, and then mailing is really slow too.

Ordered a showbag as a gift for a client going on maternity leave.
Website told me delivery 4-7 days when i ordered.
Then you get an email that tells you 4 -10 delivery.
Client has gone now.
Gift will go into bin when it arrives.
Not again.

3 stars only because the shipping is very slow. I received my confirmation after 4 days of placing the order which i have never experienced with my 100s of online orders from other companies.
2ndly, i ordered 4 showbags and 3 other items but my shipment had only 2 showbags. I was not notificed via a email, txt or call about this as normally other companies advise on partial deliveries. Showbags need to update on the communication.
Lastly, the products in the showbags are great. However if you order make sure to check in the bags for more stuffs and i freaked out on the showbags that i bought as gifts and thought there were missing items till i got a reply from customer care that they keep some stuffs in the duffle or school bags.

Thank you for making my first time buying showbags online so easy. We ordered two lots of showbags and received both packages with ten days.
Would highly recommend as the showbags were reasonably priced, very good quality and nothing was damaged.
We also received regular tracking notifications to let us know when to expect the delivery.
Thank-you will definitely buy through you again.

Ordered 3 showbags for the kids all the same as they need to be, 2 delivered and one of the kids missed out -thinking I didnt get them one when infact the order was short - how do you explain that to children.now she keeps asking when is it coming? I contacted the company they said they no longer have the same showbag to send and it was a warehouse issue - i said no good enough.not happy Jan still waiting on a call back and due to this error i have a child that is still hoping their showbag will show up. Have not been offered anything for the stuff up.poor service and i will never buy from you again. I hope you attend to my request asap and or explain to my child as to why they missed out!

Communication is terrible, sent 3 emails starting from the time of purchase to tell them they had the wrong address and not to send it. Not one reply. Still sent to wrong address even after filling in the right one online. Don't recommend.

Great customer service - I was one showbag short in my delivery - rang and David was superb! Received missing showbag within 10days (this was due to postal service - not showbags.com). Thank you very pleased

I ordered 9 showbags on the 15th August, besides the original email that the order was received did not get any further emails.i waited till end of August as I am aware of Auspost delays but still nothing not even anything to say it has been dispatched. I sent an email via the contact us on the website and got an automatic response. 5 days later still NO replies.i called them on the 3rd September to be told that all my items were just SITTING in the warehouse as one item was delayed and they didnt have it. NOBODY contacted me to give an update or to check if I at least wanted the other items sent and still no one had replied to any emails I had sent either. The girl I spoke to advised that she would send all the other items out and the last item would come separately. Today 10th September almost 1 month after order I received ONE showbag and it was the one that they said was "delayed/missing" how did that happen! The others sat in the warehouse for almost a month and the one that was delayed arrived first? !? So i called again and was told that the other ones only left the warehouse on the 5th of September. 2 days after my phone call that they would ship immediately. WORST service ever. I understand of delays during covid but at least UPDATE people its called customer service and at least reply to emails! Not impressed at all and would never buy from them again!

Not currently responding to my lost order paid $117 and no products delivered, could be Aus post, bit they are not responding to any emails or phone calls, would not order at the moment.

Showbags arrived faster than I expected and are packed full of quality things.
My son is an extremely happy boy and I am a very grateful mother! Showbags are cheap considering the amount of things that come inside them.
