Shoes & Sox Doncaster

Poor customer service. Ignore you all the time, be prepared for long wait while sales
perhaps busy chatting with someone else. Always no stock, but didn’t even bother asking if any further assistance needed etc.

We have been a loyal customer for ages, however tonight’s shopping experience was terrible. I understand it’s Black Friday Sale, but the service was extremely bad and I didn’t feel I was treated respectfully. Few staff walked passed, they have just finished helping another customers, but didn’t even look at me provided I was standing on front of the register for more than 5 minutes.

I finally got a chance to ask a staff, she didn’t even want to help me to get the sizes even thought I knew what to get and what size. They have explained very rude, I have to queue. I told her my child is not even coming with me. And she said, she can’t help me now. It was very disappointing the experience of tonight.

Ahmed was our fitter, and he measured and triple checked the fit, as well have my son walk around twice. Great service; wholly recommend

We were buying school shoes today (Jan 29) at the Myer Doncaster Shoes & Sox section. There were two young ladies helping people and it was quite busy. Both seemed extremely helpful, unflustered and polite. When our turn came, Nily helped us find the exact fit for my daughter, who has long narrow feet, even going so far as to run to the S&S store itself for the right size shoe which was in stock there. Could not have been more impressed with how patient and kind she was. I would love you to pass on our feedback.

The lady who served us was polite, honest and professional. We didn’t end up getting the pair we went in for because it didn’t fit our son properly. Ultimately we came out with a better fit and a comparable alternative. Thanks for the great service.

It was fine as all I did is get the next size up for my son's school shoes. No dramas

This young man doesn't even look at you in the face. It all felt like I was bothering someone or begging for something. He rushed the fitting for both my kids to the point I didn't even get to see what the measure was. My girl didn't get a chance to do a small walk on her shoes and I ended up buying something that later she felt uncomfortable with and He was clearly upset that I requested a different size for my boy.what is the point on going to the physical shop if you are not getting something you are comfortable with? Worst experience ever with Shoes&Sox. I usually go to them because of the service which this time was nil to say the least. I would have been better off buying online. To his defence I can only say this was around 4: 30pm on Sunday (which unfortunately I didn't realised when I came in), however, I would have preferred for your system no to take my booking rather than receiving this kind of treatment, it would have saved me the grief and the money.

Great service as they were super busy with back to school next week. The staff knew what they were doing and was extremely friendly to my child.

The person fitting my kids was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She was great with my two kids.

The young girl that served us was very thorough, measured our daughter's feet carefully and went over and above to find the size of the style we were after. She was knowledgable and understood our needs, helping us to find the right shoe to support the development of our daughter's growing feet. Highly recommend for school shoe fitting, and and the range is by far the best I have seen across retail.

This was the second time that I was going to the shoes & sox doncaster Westfield shopping centre branch and they were so rude, specially the manager (blue shirt staff) who works on 6th of February, Sunday, she looks at your eyes and just ignore you. I was waiting there for more than half an a hour and Most of the staffs act like you are not existing, they don’t see you at all. Not recommend this branch at all. So disappointed.

Monique was extremely helpful and patient helping my children with their fittings. She also offered a variety of options and explained in details the differences between each designs. Absolute outstanding customer service!

We were lucky enough to be able to deal with Lorena today. She is always knowledgeable and patient with managing what our children like and what is best for their growing feet. Our son is not the easiest of customers but Lorena always manages to get the job done. Thank you Lorena!

Amazing service! Monique at Doncaster Westfield deserves a medal! Two fiesty 7 year olds were putty in her hands. Nothing was too hard for her. I would have bought more if sizes were available!
