The staff should let all customers know that you have to scan the QR code to get in the queue. They simply ignore everyone and hope people notice their system. I wasted a lot of time. It would be so easy for them to mention it to incoming customers.

Outstanding. The staff member was positive and helpful. She was able to locate a correct fitting pair at nearby Myer, walked down and retrieved them for us- all in the space of 5-10 minutes.

What a wonderful experience I had being fitted by Albina in Myer Southland, she was extremely knowledgable in recommending on what to buy my 7 year old boy Jack, who is very fussy with his shoes. She was very polite and it was a pleasure being served by her. Thankyou Albina, we will be back

The shoe fitting service for children is the best in our area. It's hard to keep up with growing little feet so I head here whenever my daughter needs a new pair of shoes. The staff are great and the range is good. My daughter loves every pair I've bought from here.

I came in with my daughter Gershwin the other day and she was a little nervous to be around so many people during a busy Saturday but the ladies in the store were amazing with her. We ended up purchasing not one, but 2 pairs of shoes for her!

We had a lovely staff member serve us, with my daughter’s tricky feet. We got some nice hi-tops to get her through weekends in Winter. The staff member was caring kind and helpful. Good shop.
