Since 2017, I been coming back to Buzz for my fob key, first was my 2003 Lexus RX330, the 2013 Prado and today 2006 Jazz. I guess I don’t have to say my reason and the community knows here thanks Buzz

Nothing was too much trouble for Buzz. He set up two new key fobs for me. I got them home, programmed them into my car and neither worked. I took them back to Buzz who went out of his way to come out to my car and get them both working perfectly. You wouldn't get that level of service from a franchised key cutting store! Highly recommend.

I have had multiple pairs of boots repaired with new soles and heels over the last few months. I am so impressed with the service. Even a pair of shoes that I thought wouldn't make it, were repaired beautifully back to great condition.

Bought 2 $24 batteries for Mercedes remote lasted less than 6 months very unreasonable owner bad attitude clearly selling dodgey batteries when discussing the problem they pointed out the price of food and coffee rather than focus on the rip off price of substandard batteries

This is the best shop in Forest Hill Chase. I went and asked the blokes to help with punching 4 extra holes in the straps of my new sandal. They did a terrific job and wouldn't charge me anything. Top service and generous down-to-earth people. It's genuinely astonishing in today's materialism world.

Best service out there. Got a key made up for my car which the dealer wanted double and a half of what Buzz done it for. He was very friendly and reliable and met up with me closer to home to deliver it. Who goes out of there way like that these days. Just picked up 3 pairs of shoes that were re-heeled and I was really impressed with their friendly service. They did the sole on my favourite pair of shoes which I have had done in the past (at another place in Forest Hill), but the repairman didn't cut it to size so had this ugly rubber around the edge! Buzz took note and cut it to size so they are now perfect.
