Their service is good at best, bad at worst and average most of the time.

If you need a quartz battery replacement for your watch - this place will do it easy.

If you want an automatic watch repaired or regulated, don't even bother. Their watchmaker is lazy or unqualified. Got a watch running COSC back after crown stem replacement, running 2 minutes behind per day. Had to prove that it was an issue and come back multiple times. Waste of my time and leaves very little faith that their watch maker will be able to do a full service or anything else well. I'll go elsewhere next time.

On a side note, their "stainless steel" key rings which cost around 60 cents rust after a few months and have a layer of metal peels off. My other key rings are more than a decade old with no issues. This one will need to be replaced. Not a biggy for 60 cents, but just another thing that's not great.

2 year Watch battery did not last 12 months. Had it checked, told ok. Never worked not replaced. Scratched back of Rolex watch. Completely incompetent unprofessional.

What a rude person! Called into get battery replaced in security fob. When it wouldn’t work abused me for wasting his time! Funny the lovely person at Southland could do it. Rude arrogant would never go here again!

Shoe Express did an amazing job of engraving some inscriptions on a cremated urn that I brought in. They were very nice and did the job professionally. Thank you.

This was the worst customer service received. A rude owner who lied about his work. I gave 2 shows to repair as they were a bit small. I asked them to extend and they charged 40 dollars to do it. When I went to pick up in 2 weeks. They seemed the same and and she asked he said “ I don’t know why people buy shoes that are smaller and tried to mock me in a louder voice “ I was still polite and asked that if they don’t fit can u fix try to do it and he said he will charge again to do the same job that he did boot do in the first place. Also I asked if he had put a leather extender in the show and he said yes he did. Which he did not. This shop keeper is a liar and rude person to deal with. I would never go there again and Suggest nobody to go there as well as no customer needs to be treated rudely.

Stay away from these thieves, once you give them a watch they Straight away want you to change the battery charging between $60 then after you pay if the watch doesn’t work they say will check it and of course it needs a new mechanism $200, my husband repaired a watch with them with this scenario and it stopped again after 3 months.when he went back to them they were extremely rude and insulted my husband saying they never saw this watch before. Very rude business owner doesn’t deserve good customers. Don’t use this shop or their branch in Parkmore shopping centre

The man was extremely rude. Keys that I paid to get cut didn’t work. I go back to his store to see what was wrong and then the man proceeds to tell me that I’m wrong, belittles me and says that he has never had that problem before.
To sum up he is rude and arrogant with zero customer service or appreciation. Do not recommend.

I bought a baby ID bracelet at Michael hill today for $365 for my babies first birthday. I had it engraved at this place with the name “Oliver” the whole writing is inconsistent and messy. Letters aren’t straight, some higher and some lower on plate. Theres a big gap between the letter V and E. The R is up high on its on. Would I have engraved here if I knew this guy just wrote it on himself in his messy handwriting? Absolutely NO! And to add to all of this he has scratched and dented the bracelet. I’m am so upset! $18 to ruin something I wanted to keep forever! This old guy shouldn’t work there and if he does actually take care of peoples items when paying for a service! He vacuumed the store and ignored me for 5 mins each time. Thinks he’s better than you! He’s actually just an ignorant old man! 0 STARS! If I could give minus I would!

Worst service ever!
I am very curious when they change battery for watch if they use new one or used one.
My battery had dead after 3 month.

Dirty mouth, and dodgy dude, who has no sense of customer service, once he gave a fossil watch which leave for repair to someone else, never apologise, and other time when car keys were given to replace the battery he almost broke it started yelling, lucky I had so much patience today otherwise he could have close for some days.never go there please
