What a great experience. Our car key needed to be replaced and re calibrated as would not start. Chris came to our house after hours and did his job ensuring we had a working key and two family cars the next day. I would highly recommend using this service.

My bag's lock band in the middle got broken so I thought that now i have to throw this bag or stop using it just because of lock, i did try few places and no one could match or fix it properly.

Chris was able to repair a bracelet for me. The bracelet belonged to my late nana that was actually given to her by my dad. I had sent it off with another company who refused to do the repair. I'm incredibly grateful for Chris being able to repair my grandmothers bracelet.

Had a vintage CYMA services watch of significant sentimental value requiring clean and service. Chris absolutely understood the assignment and treated with sensitivity and care. I received the watch today, beautifully cleaned, working just like brand new with a new strap fitted. Recommend highly, 5 stars!

I’ve used shoe express for a few shoe repairs, battery changes, engraving and key services over the years. Chris has always been great with customer service, quick, reliable, quality work and reasonable pricing. I recently used his service for some jewelry re-sizing (which I didn’t realize he did) and wow I was very pleased with the results. No issues at all and he was very confident to do the job even though I’d had other companies say they couldn’t do it.
I would recommend this man and his talents to anyone needing a hard working, honest, good person.

My favourite tan boots had worn down the heels as if overnight. I needed to have them fixed before they went too far. Thank goodness for Shoe Express, so handy while shopping and in just a couple of hours all done. They look brand new again. Saved by a craftsman.

Chris was excellent: he reprogrammed a smart key for my partner for her car and went above an beyond to ensure the product was correct and worked perfectly.he also multi-tasked and was fixing a shoe while reprogramming the key as there is a waiting time! He contacted her and organised a time and was genuinely invested in fixing the problem.
The price was very fair considering the amount of time he spent on the task. Could not he happier, absolutely will recommend to family and friends for any issues. 5
