Gavin and the team at Shmily went above and beyond for our newborn/family photo shoot. They were so gentle, patient and kind towards our children. I felt full confidence in them handling my precious newborn. Our newborn daughter was a bit unsettled but Gavin was able to help us all keep calm and take our cherished family photos. We cannot recommend them more highly. We will definitely be using them again in the future to capture all of our family memories.

Have done the maternity photoshoot with them. Gavin and Jenny are very good with their services. They have done excellent work during the photoshoot. Within a week I have received the photos taken during the shoot. And the photos were awesome. Gavin kept more effort while taking the photos. Even jenny was very good with her work like hair styling and face makeup. They both spend some extra time also for taking the photos. They both were having more patience and supported us a lot for the shoot.

I highly recommend Schmily Photography. Our family of four came to the Richmond studio and had a 2 hour photoshoot which included family, sibling and of course beautiful newborn shots. Gavin considered the requests we had and staged some incredible Christmas photos which were exactly what I hoped for. We also got some lovely natural family photos which we will treasure forever.

We love our cake smash photos for our soon to be 1 year old son. Of course the baby decided on the day he would not like to touch the cake. Gavin and his team were very patient and helpful in getting the best photos for us. We also had some photos with my older 2 sons which Gavin was happy to do. So great that they provide all the props and even clothing if you’re too overwhelmed for ideas for the shoot. Communication by email was prompt and informative. We took our first born to Shmily and she was unsettled though both Gavin and his partner was incredibly patient and managed to get great shots despite of. We had such a great experience, love the photos and just the care given throughout the process that we went back for their service for our second born. We had an excellent experience with Gavin during our 3 month old baby’s photo session. Right from the start he was very flexible. He offered a number of slots to choose from and then was accomodative to start the session slightly late on the day. You know how it can be with the new borns. Everything may not go as per plan.

Gavin has a nice studio and had good props to offer. All the pictures came out really well. A few family photos with the bub were an added advantage. We would highly recommend choosing Shmily.
