My partner and I passed by last Saturday and loved it so much we went back last night as well! Fantastic Shisha, and amazing service. I cannot recommend Chase Lounge enough! The owners are absolutely delightful as well.

The environment is fun and always rocking at chase Fridays and Saturday’s and even during the week. This place provides a lot of shisha flavours, the shisha quality is great and so is there customer service. We need never need to ask for a coal change as the waiters always coming around. The food is quality and so is the service to go with it. Chase is the place to be for all your entertainment needs. Go check it out.

I decided to go and try shisha Palace tonight. I was welcomed by a lady and was told to take a seat. There people sitting down and changing music, smoke and talk, who I believe were staff as well. No one came to ask for our order for over 15 mins.
The guy there Looks like he wasn't after any new customers, not recommending coz that kind of poor customer service.

Absolutely a spot where you can come in and get your vibe on, “chillax” and laugh amongst friends - no doubt the far BEST Hummus, crispy bread and oh my, have you tried the lamb burger here? !? I challenge you to book an event here - it will become a regular frequency for sure!

Amazing service, best Shisha’s I’ve ever tried, best atmosphere! Such a great night here, the crowd was really cool, staff were so friendly, shisha’s were amazing, prices were great! Definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE! LOVE LOVE LOVE! We will most definitely be going back again!
