Shisha Basha

They need to have more options for wine and supply too. 2 times now they only had 1 bottle of the wine we had. Amazing in everything else except service was average.

Not the best place for shisha. The shisha was not working normal and the coffee had no flavour over all experience i rate the place 4/10

An absolutely outstanding overall.

The food is done brilliantly here and it really shines, It’s just magnificent.

Excellent, tasty and authentic food, generous serving sizes, quick service and great entertainment with traditional Arabian Music.

Undoubtedly the Best Shisha lounge in Melbourne. They have bottomless drinks, Amazing cocktails and Shisha is just premium.

All the Staff are super friendly and customer service is 10/10.

Would recommend to everyone who’s looking for a proper night out!

Extensive range of tasty modern middle eastern food, and very well presented by the professional Chefs.

Simply awesome tasting food. Best tasting tender lamb (Lamb Shish Plate - 2 Skewers of lamb shoulder, the rice, salads, dips with the
bread) the Mixed shish served with choice of sauce plus garlic dip, bread and pickles. Lots of other tasty range of dishes.

The service was outstanding all night by the Staff and the Management Team.

FRIDAY Nights & SATURDAY Nights is just a phenomenal atmosphere!

The owner is extremely disrespectful if you will try to give a feedback about the food. Do not try the chicken Parmigiana, it tastes bad the quantity and quality are both extremely poor. Do not go with your family. Extremely horrific humiliating experience. The team asked us to return the food, so we basically paid and we didn’t even eat the parmigiana.

Served food that was still frozen in the middle, for something that shouldn’t be frozen to begin with. Abysmal service, 2 meals served way before another two. Downhill and used to be quite good

Stay away, not a family oriented place especially at night, a lot of shady characters hang out there. I seen a fight abrupt in font of me between a group of three against another guy chairs were thrown & yelling at each other…ridiculous security didn’t do anything it was bad never step foot there again

Reasonably priced and has good menu items. Would be good to have a playlist that didn’t repeat because it does becoming a little annoying to hear the same thing over and over.

Good food, drinks, and Shisha. Been here many times and always had a good experience. Glad to have a place of this quality in the north.

I'm not a shisha user, but the food and the service were perfect.
I'm usually sceptical about ordering Falafel because it's always hard and dry.
Here it was perfect.
Crunchy on the outside, moist in the middle.
Everything else was over and above expectations.
Will definitely return.

I usually only post good reviews, I think this is my second bad review in 8 years so for me to come here says a lot. The staff are so rude. The girl with the fake lips especially, she needs to come back down to earth. That attitude will get her nowhere in life. Even though we were treated like nobodies we still used our manners and thanked the restaurant when we paid and they completely ignored. I won’t even mention the quality or the chicken and shisha….

One of the best restaurants throughout Victoria serves great food and has amazing staff and management. 5 stars aren’t enough rating

I go there many times usually but this time I was extremely disappointed. The waitresses are all extremely nice. The food is great and shisha is decent. My issue is with the bosses who don’t know basic principle of customer service. I have worked in customer service and I understand sometimes you need to tell customers things that might be upsetting. Yes my friend and I were laughing loud but instead of respectfully coming up to us to say “hey guys please keep your voices down for the respect of other customers” as a boss of a store should, instead he told us to “behave” ourselves like we’re animal. Extremely disrespectful. I have 10-12 friends who go there regularly and have informed them of this incident and we will not be going there anymore: So disappointed because I genuinely liked this place and every time we spend at least 200$ there.

Excellent service, Music was perfectly set with the vibe and people, a wide variety of Shisha flavours, Food was amazing, the meat was perfect, and all in all great shisha experience. Will definitely come here more often:).

Where do i start, was greeted by Ali at the counter, customer service was imppecible, recommended the shawarma, and boyy it did not disappoint every bite was juicy. Then the shisha! As a self appointed shisha connoisseur i reckon Yunain made the smoothest shisha in Melbourne, it was delivered to the table faster then me sitting down, express service at its finest. If you want to go somewhere special with a vibe, socialise or take that someone special out then Shisha basha has to be it!

Can be difficult to get a booking in on a weekend and sitting outside isnt top preference. Shisha is good

Excellent quality of fine food
Always get the tabouli and chicken skewer salad
Awesome service
Definitely will be going back
