Good food - Friendly owner.
During COVID we had an amazing experience with the way conduct service.
They paid and send the food over in advanced as it was a special occasion for us and we did not wanted any unseen factors to spoil it. Their good service mad me a regular customer despite their relatively far location to mine

*Not a nice place to dine in
*Hight price, average food
*Took long long long time to get the food ready on table
* Customer experience is not important to them, they didn't even bother themselves to keep the restaurant clean, the smell was awful.
Will not go there again.

The restaurent is very disgusting rude staff members we went to this place for my sisters 16 th birthday.firstly they served us the salad at the very end at the end we asked for some tea, the staff was very rude he came to bring the tea pot on the table, he burned the legs my family friend daughter who was only 13 years old, by just being so careless and banging the tea pot on the table. This is a very disgusting, restaurent, im so upset and angry it ruined our night cause were so worried about her.the food is not nice, please im writing this review to help everyone undrestand what the place is like before even entering the restaurent. And at the end just adding the restaurant is very dirty we had kids going around and I found old chewing gums on the tables which is very unhygienic.

I wish I could give a zero rating! This photo speaks for itself! I’ve been to many persian restaurants in Melbourne they serve their food with yogurt and salad on the side but this restaurant doesn’t it is overpriced with really poor food quality! Do yourself a favour and don’t go there waste of time and money! One of the staffs spilled hot tea on my sister she got burnt and was crying and what the owner could offer us was a “sorry” We also had to pay for the tea that they burnt us with! Overall really bad experience here ruined our night.staffs and the owner are very unprofessional! They don’t know how to handle situations like this!

I went to this restaurent, the food was terrible, and the staff was very rude, he burned, my family friends daughter, this was really really bad night for us, thinking we would have a goo night we had the worst night, All of our family members were upset about what happened this was all just because the staff were rude banging the tea pot on the table and and being careless about serving tea for us.

Unfortunately, they are keeping frozen food for so long and some foods are stinky. The new manager is not employing professional staff. In an occasion neither of the staff knew how to arrange the birthday party/cake and it caused us ashamed in front of our guests.

After initially being introduced to Shiraz via UberEats, we decided to order over the phone directly with the restaurant and pick-up, with the intention to support the local business as we know Uber takes a considerable commission %. Unfortunately this backfired remarkably.

We ordered the Mezza meal to which we have ordered a few times before on UberEats. Same components, most notably the falafels.
Once we returned home after pick up we realised the item was missing, so we called the restaurant. The gentleman advised that we would need to come back to the restaurant to pick up the missing item.
Upon returning to the restaurant, the gentleman advised that the falafels were not part of the meal, and that we were mistaken. We tried to explain that we had ordered 3 times in the last 3 months the same meal, but he refused and claimed that they have not had it on their menu for 'years'.
After we disputed this and questioned why he made us drive all the way back to tell us, he then claimed that he did not speak English and called his 'daughter', who then proceeded to tell us over the phone that we were wrong. She became antagonistic, as if we were inconveniencing her because her father had to call us. She continued to speak over us and ignoring what we had to say despite us acting respectfully and with maturity.

After realising it was pointless disputing what should have been a simple apology from the restaurant that they either ran out, or discontinued the dish within the last week, and for making us drive all the way back, we left it as is.

Quite a disappointing and rude experience. No effort to apologise, consider our perspective, offer a partial refund, or substitute with something else. My advice, don't lie to your customers. Be respectful of their time as we are with yours and take a crash course in customer service. You've lost my business as well from my friends, family and colleagues who are in your local area.

By the way, these photos were taken on the night. You shouldn't lie to customers as you will get caught out.

No trails restaurant with great food under new management. I keep going back for the amazing Koobideh.

My husband and I celebrated our birthday last night at Shiraz restaurant. We were about 30 people. The food was very delicious and well-cooked. We had Koobideh Kebab, Loghme Kebab and Chicken Kebab, plus rice. The staff did their best for us to enjoy our time and they were friendly and warm. We Could choose the music, which was great. To cut it short, we were in safe hands! Thanks Shiraz for making such a sweet night for us!

Pretty quick delivery but the food was awful, couldn't finish. On a positive note the dogs are happy.

The food quality is below average. However, the customer service is good. We ordered BBQ chicken but could not finish it due to its poor quality.

Omg.so amazing. I loved every bit of it. Me and friends had the best time and the staff was the best. Honestly, if it wasn’t for this place I would’ve been depressed. Thabk you!

The food was amazing and let’s not talk about costume service was just perfect. Will come back there for sure and make sure I’ll recommend you to my friends

I've eaten in Persian restaurants before, always enjoyed, got Take away from Shiraz worst meal, chicken was dry and tasteless meat also dry looked as if it was reheated, mince meat kabebs that we ordered not there, rice tasteless just boiled i think bit of yellow colour on it, couldn't eat anything

Many foods were in the menu but non were available. If you're vegan or vegetarian, there will be only two meals for you, there isn't any other option. The location is terrible. Also the staff aren't friendly at all, had little attitude.

The Persian dishes served at this restaurant are absolutely devine, also props to the wonderfully friendly waiters. Highly recommended!

I am a repeat customer of this lovely restaurant. All the foods are of high quality esp. Tikka kabab is the must to try for anyone wants to test the taste of persian kebab.
It has very respectful team, I highly recommend Shiraz restaurant to you all.

Specious indoor restaurant, clean and quiet place, a good choice for big gatherings.

Great food. A very good serving size and very pleasant staff. Enjoyed a lovely meal listening to some good persian music. Would highly recommend.
