Ship 2 Anywhere

Don't use this service and beware if buying from a store that delivers via this service. I'm waiting on a mattress ordered online from OriginMattress.com.au that I was expecting a week ago. Given what it is, I need to be home for it's delivery as I'm in inner city Melbourne and they will not confirm a day or time for when to expect them. The tracking number is rubbish, it doesn't tell you anything about the ETA and responses to my emails when I do get one, are vague at best. I've been told I'll get a call the day before they plan to deliver. I've explained that's not enough notice for me to arrange leave from work but I've not had a response. I will update with what happens next.

Update 17/1/24 in responding - my order no is 57702. If only you responded to your emails as promptly as your reviews.

Update 19/1/24 I still have had no response from Ship2Anywhere so I email Origin Mattress to request a refund. On 20/1/24 I get an email and a voicemail from a manager at Ship2Anywhere apologising for the "dodgy tracking number" and stating that his delivery driver reassures him that my package is now in my hands. I write back to say it isn't and I've requested a refund and never heard from them since. Meanwhile Originmattress has processed my refund but I'm still really disappointed we couldn't get what we ordered and could not get any responses from Ship2Anywhere. So I stick with my initial advice to avoid this service if you need something delivered within a timeframe and don't need the stress of chasing up information nd getting no response

Easy and quick!

It was super easy and fast to book online, package was picked up on time, I even had a call to notify me when the driver was 20m away. Fast and friendly service, I will no doubt use Ship2Anywhere again.

The boxes were urgently required so I was grateful they were delivered very quickly, in fact before scheduled. I had a friendly delivery person, who called prior to arrival. Web platform was easy to use.

Courier services are normally guaranteed time-frame delivery, but not these guys. The delivery times stated on their website are "estimates only. Take that into account when comparing with services on other sites - a nasty surprise gotcha that isn't readily revealed until after you've used the service. Price wise there's no real saving for not having a guarantee either so you're essentially being overcharged compared to what you coul get elsewhere.

Don't waste your time as 3 times they generated fake labels for amazon warehouse bound cartons and Andy was offering fake excuses.

Extremely impressed with Andrew and the team. Easy to reach for support when needed. Problems are sorted promtly. Amazing freight prices. Good stuff.
