I used to use this business many years ago and thought the y were great. But now they dont seem to want an order so that leaves me no option but to take my business elsewheree.thanks for nothing

I feel like the low wages they pay their staff are at the root of most of their issues

Always fabulous service, have been a wholesale customer for years, wonderful quality and very helpful.

Not a single word good to say about these guys.they make the mistake but make you pay twice for the mistakes they do! Funny isn't it since its not coming out of their own pocket!
& the front desk staff literally think its coming out of their pocket you guys are unbelievable! Where is the good old customer service? !

1 star is even way too much for customer service here with these guys.they demand for money right away but when they do something wrong from their end they never take responsibility for it & leaves you to pay twice for goods & services! An absolute joke! Get it together you guys!
Only reason we use you is because of the cheap garments, or else would have never second thought about you & your service! Your service us an absurd joke with the policies made up just to suit yourself even when you are wrong from your end! Get it right or you will lose so many liable clients/customers! Think twice

If you expect after sales service from Shiny forget it. Ordered an item on a Thursday. By the next Friday goods were still not delivered. Call up to ask Shiny to chase up the delivery as no missed delivery card was left. Was told to "not tell her how to do her job" and to call up myself and that it no longer had anything to do with them after they had posted the goods.
Was further told that "Having a look at your current order history you have only placed 3 orders with us this year……". In short I was not worth their time.
