I found everyone that I felt with at shine very professional and informative. I was kept up to date with everything going on at all times and they worked so well through COVID nothing was missed. Also found them to be very empathetic towards how I was going and always asked how I was and if they could do more. Highly recommended.

I absolutely do not recommend this law firm. Following a case, which lasted for years, I took the time to testify by writing what happened when my friend was attacked in the hostel where we lived. I was just 19 years old at the time and it could have been me. I didn't even have a chance to testify for my friend who was beaten almost to death. I was able to exchange a few emails to skype one of the employee due to the fact I live overseas, but she never replied to me to schedule a " time " as she may have mentioned in her messages. Why is that? Is this even legal? It's really sad not to at least give people a chance to testify.

I am very pleased with the way Shine Lawyers handled my claim. Derya was fantastic and explained every detail at every step. I was never left in the dark about any detail.
