Shine Lawyers have been so helpful, understanding and compassionate throughout my workcover cliam that has been over a ten year period. This was due to very slow and hard finding proper practitioners to treat the condition. Shine we're so generous to remove some of their own fee's in the end being such a long and expensive process so for myself and my family to have a good result out of a bad situation in the end. We have been clients of theirs, specifically to Nicole Ward, for a little over 3 years. Her and her team are absolutely amazing. I was fortunate to be represented by Lily Bussell-Poole (Solicitor) and Kellie Ristovichis (Senior Paralegal) who not only repserented me in a legal capacity, but also went above and beyond to make me feel that I was 'a person who mattered' not just another case; which sadly the Work Cover System often makes you feel like.
Lily and Kellie were always there when I had a concern, or when I felt I didn't have the strength to keep going. They never once made me feel I couldn't contact them. And just knowing I had that 'backup' even if I didn't need to call them, was so reasuring when dealing with a process that is often daunting.

I met many people in similar positions as myself in doctors waiting rooms. And heard many horror stories about legal firms; and all I could say was how fortunate I was that I had never experienced the negativity or pressure to just settle; because the legal team wanted their money ASAP.
