Shine Alterations

Dropped a pair of pants for alteration on Friday and told them I could pick up on Saturday. Came on Monday to collect pants but still wasn’t done. Said they could do it in 10 mins. Came back in 12 mins and the job still wasn’t done. Had to pay $35 for a simple 15 minute job and no discount was offered for the inconvenience and not completing the job on time. Overpriced and under-delivered. Never coming back again.

Staff were courteous and most repairs were done well, but one item of clothing was forgotten about. When brought back, it was repaired, but was suddenly missing a button. Iffy on coming back.

Absolutely loved the dress Moji made for me… living my Ariana Grande dream for the night. She’s so kind and has also done many alterations for me and the family in the past also! Highly recommend Shine alterations for all your dress making and alteration needs!

Moji has been fixing my dresses for the last five years, and she's the best! Every dress she works on fits me just right. She's friendly, and I trust her with all my clothes. If you need a good tailor, go to Moji. She's awesome!

Just incredible customer service and such beautiful work! She was such a gem for my birthday party. My dress was stunning, her work was perfect and she was so accomodating and made me feel so comfortable and looked after. I can’t recommend her enough.

Just a word of advice, don’t bring anything to this tailor if you actually want to wear it again.
Brought my dress in for some minor alterations. Not only was I overcharged but I wasn’t able to wear the dress. She completely ruined it making it too tight and impossible to wear. One side was even tighter than the other! Just terrible.
Not impressed, be careful bringing anything here.

This is one of the best tailoring shop I have ever been to. They do gorgeous work on women and men's clothing. They are very honest and helpful. Highly recommended to my friends and everyone.

Stay away this shop. Bunch of rude, unprofessional staff that I ever seen in my life. They have no clue about sewing and opened the shop with astronomical prices. It's just a jock!

I dropped my top in on Wednesday, to have minor alterations for an event on Saturday. I was advised by staff that it would be ready Friday after 3pm. I passed on my contact details & asked if anything goes wrong, just give me a call. I arrived at the store on Friday to collect my top, 40 mins prior to closing time. The shop was closed. I received no messages, no calls or any update to advise I wouldn't be getting my top as promised due to staff deciding to knock off early.
