Clare from Shift has been my Naturopath for several years now and has been instrumental in the natural treatment of PCOS and Endometriosis. Following my diagnosis, and prior to meeting Clare, my treatment for had been managed with my GP using conventional methods - with little success - so after 12 months of an overall decline in health, and particularly my mental wellbeing I sought the expertise of a Naturopath. I was referred to Clare by a colleague and I am so grateful to have met her. Clare focused on addressing the cause of PCOS and Endometriosis, and on strengthening my inner health so that my body was better equipped to process and rid unwanted hormones. Absolutely love all the ladies at Shift, very knowledgable and caring. I highly recommend getting acupuncture here - great for spots injuries and relaxation. A wide range of great health products, supplements and herbs. And the decor of the place is amazing!
