3I had a couple of jackets dry cleaned and they came back more crumpled than when I dropped them off. Each had a note attached saying "Sorry, this is the best we could do"! The woman was rather testy as well.
Awesome customer service and punctuality! They always try to achieve what their customer wants, which is just amazing.
They couldn't remove a stain from my stain for the second time, and just left a note 'that's the best we could do', and said I won't charge you!
When I asked that why you didn't contact me to let me know that you are not sure you can remove the stain, she said your number was wrong and said next time try another dry cleaner! Very rude, it was a very expensive dress and even the last one was an expensive jacket.when a dry cleaner can't remove the stain so what's the point? !
