Shiatsu & Iyengar Yoga Elwood with Nicole Melbourne

I went for Shiatsu massage with Nicole when I was in a lot of ongoing pain and came out of it much comforted. She took the time to get a full history and tailored the massage for my needs. She checked with me time and again which made sure that I was getting the treatment I need while feeling absolutely comfortable. Some of my strange pains that usually come back quickly after other massages actually went away for a long time after treatment with Nicole & that to me was absolutely unexpected and a wonderful surprise! The prices are fair and I feel very lucky to have found her on my limited budget.

I also went for yoga after my massage and have only good things to say! Nicole took effort to explain things as we went through the class and corrected the tiniest things without making it overwhelming. She was also very helpful with my mum who doesn’t speak English and that just goes to show how lovely Nicole is.

Yoga never ‘clicked’ for me before I came to Nicole. Her classes are small and welcoming. She has a knack for figuring out how to help me get the poses right. I am now more confident and am really enjoying my yoga. I can’t rate her class highly enough.

The beginners yoga classes aith Nicole are amazing. I always feel relaxed the next day and my body is definitely becoming more aligned as the classes continue each week. A fantastic teacher.

Can not speak highly enough! Nicole is thorough in her research of her clients and through those cues, the application of her talent. Incredibly intuitive throughout the massage, leaving you wondering "how? ". Nicole has a deep respect of her art with a touch of spirituality. There is a genuine care for her clientelle, and seamlessly you feel the healing effects for long after. Highly recommend anyone give it a go!
