After waiting months to see a Gynecologist, I was completely dissatisfied with the consultation. Not only did this female Dr suggest a prescription supplement that is not available 'over the counter' in Australia (I went to 4 chemists after my appointment), but wrote an illegible dosage instruction on my script. She also did not show any empathy. I would never recommend this for any woman wanting a Regional service. Awful. Get a second opinion before paying $210 an hour.

Thank the doctors and receptionists here for their patience. Knowing that my English is not very good, they deliberately slowed down to explain all the processes and contents, which made me feel very relieved and comfortable. I hope you can make an appointment with the doctor here, and you will get a great medical treatment process?

I had my first visit to this clinic and can only give positive reviews. The office staff were friendly and the nurse I saw was friendly and informative. I left satisfied and happy. Thankyou.

I highly recommend this clinic to any woman (and man) looking for a medical professional to monitor their health. I participated in the Womens Health Check the team were promoting and only through the care I received from Dr Olga Ilic was my chronic health condition identified. I am now in remission! Josie, Susie and all the team are marvellous. You cannot go wrong if you attend this clinic and see ANY of the professionals there.

I have been a patient of both the lovely GPS & the excellent surgeons such as Dr. Ruwangi Udayasiri at SWHC. The staff have always been friendly & helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Dr. Ru Udayasiri was the only surgeon who listened to my issues & ordered appropriate scans to diagnose my condition. I highly recommend all staff at this clinic, GPS & Surgeons as they provide excellent care.

My girls and I attend the clinic, we are very happy with the staff and our doctor. She is reliable, trustworthy and a good communicator. I highly recommend the service.

I booked into this clinic for an appointment, thought I’d see Doctor Rue, see what all of the hate is about. And after going and seeing her, I can honestly say why I know why there are so many negative reviews towards Doctor Ruwangi. She truly is very incompetent at doing her job, she genuinely didn’t have a clue what she was doing, or how to help me with my problem.no solutions.nothing! Not even a referral to seek better, more reliable help from more trusted people WHO ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING!

Seriously, she would be one of those idiot doctors who would contract the Coronavirus and still be seeing patients, infecting them. It seriously wouldn’t surprise me at all.

Lovely front desk staff, I've seen a few different doctors here, the nurse and one of the gynecologists and have no complaint to make.

Had a surgery done (which was performed by Doctor Ruwangi) that went horribly wrong - that resulted in severe ramifications for me, and now I have not been the same since. Ever since Doctor Ruwangi performed “surgery” on my body, life has been hard for me, and her inability to perform SAFE and PROPER surgery on me has effected me greatly, in terms of both my mental health, as well as completely destroying my confidence, leaving me broken, embittered, and raging. She is an absolute disgrace, and she should be held accountable for her stupidity and complete recklessness, and she should NEVER work as a doctor EVER again, and she should instead be fired!
