Shepparton Mowers / Power N Play reviews
19Staff assistance was great and promptly ordered parts I need. Parts came in a timely fashion and work perfect.
Clean business and affordable prices and the staff are excellent. Just recently saw the saw due to advertising
I had my mower serviced couldn't have asked for better service. Nice and clean store and great staff
Brought my chainsaw in for a sharpening & service. Got done quickly & for a great price. Thanks guys, would recommend and be back soon!
Great place. Fantastic customer service, Mike & Tony really know their stuff! Would definitely recommend for any & all outdoor equipment needs
Professional staff members with experience and knowledge with their stocks! Would recommend to anyone who wants the best experience!
Prompt and friendly customer service. 10/10 for being open Saturday of a long weekend. A very positive experience
I picked up my chainsaw and thought it was good value repair, after sitting for a few days I noticed it was leaking what appeared to be bar oil, hadn't used it, took it back, bloke made all sorts of excuses about not being able to get seals etc. Picked up a few days later at more cost, started it, thought that chains sounds real dry, after inspection found chain had not been fitted over drive sprocket. Will I use again? Perhaps, not sure.
I give Power n Play 5 stars for the shopping experience the customer service the price definitely my new go to store for my business.
Neighbour took his chainsaw he'd had for 20 years in to get carby serviced and 3 days later he gets a call to say "it's ceased" after being told "when they started it, it was running rough - so they stopped it, did something and when re-started it was running fast, it was when they were idling it down that it stopped. Have since taken to 2 other repair services and been told "it was ran with no 2 stroke fuel - inside of the motor was dry" After being charged $27 for the 20 minutes work he is feeling ripped off and won't be recommending this company to anyone
The new owners of Shepparton Mowers are much friendlier than the previous owner. If you've avoided them in the past you might want to give them a try again.
A refresh of showroom, counter area is being updated. They had the rideon mower blade I required in stock.
Their site claims they are open at 1 pm Wednesdays but they are fully locked up!
They don't want any customers!
Ive dealt with both Mike and Tony several times in the past few weeks. Great guys that really help where ever they can.
New owner was nice and helpfull but not the same for the mechanic out the back, what a rude no all, never again.
Service was average. Couldn't tell me why my 1 month old chainsaw was stalling, just serviced it to fix it. I'd prefer to either know if I did something wrong or get it fixed under warranty.
I dont remember the name of the lady who helped me on the phone but she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Great service.
Picked up a Husqy Chainsaw recently & this place has 2 things going for it.
1) Engaged, Experienced & Positive people throughout the Business, wether it be the Boss out Front on the Floor, or the Technicians out Back performing Services & Repairs that keeps all our favourite toys looking & performing at their Best.
2) Quality Product. I must have pulled Old Chainsaws apart a few hundred times, wether it be to find a fault you can't see, to replace a cheap part worth $2 & maybe 2 hours of our time wasted in this pursuit, or just periodically replacing Broken Starter Chords. Now I can focus more on the state that the Chain is in, fileing her to ensure correct shape & proportion of links, enabling her to cut wood just how she was Intended.
