Shepparton Marketplace reviews
26Good small shopping centre. Reasonable mix of stores and food court. Good parking. Woolworth store for grocery shopping. Easy access. Would recommend to all.
Good range of shops which is slowly getting better (finally). Plenty of free parking. Good range of food in the food court. One thing i don't like is the hawkers at the entrances, I'm in a rush, I want to shop in peace, I already donate to charities, I don't need people to stop me for a chat about some organisation (they also seem to struggle with the 1.5 meter rule)
It took me longer waiting in line at checkout than it took me to shop. Only 2 checkouts open with ever growing number of people waiting to be served. Myself and another customer had to ask for more checkouts to be opened. Very disappointed woolworth's?
If this same shopping centre existed in Melbourne I would give it 5 stars. The rating is really just because of Shepparton.
A great place to shop for the hard to find food items, very nice coffee shop, great coffee and a fabulous selection of cakes and slices.
Often busy and parking can be difficult. Not comparable to bigger City centres in that variety is lacking. Similar franchise environment to shopping centres elsewhere.
Great Japanese restaurant/take away outside. Includes a medical centre.
Big W, Woolies BWS and other great retail stores. However do not use bathroom s unless you have to as unclean
The store it itself has everything you would need. Neat, tidy, but lack of staff and mainly self serve checkouts is annoying.
Good place to walk around, have a cup of coffee, and relatively good choice of bread and muffins around the corner after groceries shopping
Shopping centre is wonderful, only complaint is the "wok" chinese food outlet in the food crt.ordered a sweet n sour combination, and satay chicken.got home to enjoy and discover the 2 bowls are filled with noodles only.no sauce on either.combination had no combination of ANYTHING! Satay chicken was bloody HOT from chillies, 6 small pieces overcooked chicken.and unedible! So disappointed, wasn't cheap to order, and will be returning it tomoro for a refund.something needs be done, not good enough when u pay $25 for food that cannot be eaten.
A great place to shop with almost everything you need, I always like to go there, Well theirs a Big W A Woolworths supermarket, A hairdressers, Lotto shop A really good butchers, chemist A doctor's survey A shoes shop A great selection of food outlets, Bakers Delight, phone accessories, high-end jewellery shop and so much more right next door these Bunnings down the other end is Supercheap and the list goes on, there's easy access to this shopping complex with hundreds of car parks, This place is always busy so that tells you everything. Thank you Shepparton Marketplace
Disappointed that the item that was supposed to be in stock at big W was not there. I had checked before going
Everything in one place even a dr's love it. Can do everything l need there. Hearing rumours big W leaving better get something big huge in its place. Or turn it into a target clearance centre like dandy.
Array of stores to choose from. Bakeries, shoes, music, big w, woolworths, food court, butchers, clothes and much more. So much in one area. Get your shopping done all in one place and sit down and have a bite to eat.
Dear readers, this is so showing my age, but I remember when the marketplace was built and first opened. They celebrated with a laser light show, (it was pretty bad, lols) but the effort was there. Now though dear readers, it has becomes a mecca of shopping extravaganzas, if you want it, you can get it at the Market Place, massages that melt you bones they are so good, clothes, clothes and more clothes. Even for the larger gentlemen like me, (not embarrassed to own it)
And a dazzling food court that has one the finest Italian food take out places in da world, called, Pranzo's. (BLISS)
But the Market place also offers Safeway, Doctors, Optical services and more. Truly a one stop haven for bargain shoppers, health conscious and so much more. Run, walk, drive, park, the Market Place, is waiting for you. (LoL's sorry that was cheesy I know, I won't do it again)
Good size regional shopping centre. Only one complaint.and that regards the public toilets entry door.hard to push open.and dangerous in the sense of when you push/pull the door open you can't see if anybody is on the other side. Needs to be remodeled.remove entry door as many city shopping centres have done
Has Woolworth's, Big W, small food court with Subway, a pizza place, Chinese and a few other food outlets, EB Games, Priceline Chemist which is attached to Marketplace Medical Centre for convenience and a top quality Butcher that have great meat pack deals. They also have lots of school holiday activities there some are free some are not. Like with most places in Shepparton though parking here is a pain and also another hot-spot for desperate addicts to theive from cars
Parking lacks kid safe paths to the door from the car parks. A few big store options. Good choice if food. A little bit dated.
Nice clean centre, lots of parking available, they also had a wonderful Santa photo set up when we visited that had very short wait times with lovely staff running it.
I think the market place speaks for myself it is always busy and free parking helps a lot good food there also plus Bunning a one side and various shops the other
