Mower was assembled and test run before pick up, ready to go full tank of fuel no packaging for me to depose of. The spares I wanted ie.blades and filters were available off the shelf and also competitively priced

From experience they have spent alot of time trying to sort out any issues regarding spare parts, very much appreciated.

Reilly was friendly, helpful, answered our questions, showed us points of difference in equipment we were interested in, offered a machine for us to try on site. Prior to our visit Michelle was extremely helpful on the phone, so we drove the 50 minutes, it was worth the effort.
I wouldn't give them a star at all staff are completely arrogant and rude I took an edger in there 3 weeks ago and got them to replace the filter they didn't even put one in there charged me for it so I took it back and they weren't going to give me a new filter the old woman in there is so rude pigheaded I will never go back there again and I don't like being sworn at.the only reason I give him one star is cos you have to
