Shell Coles Express Mountain Highway

Had to wait at least 5 mins for shop assistant to turn petrol pump on, despite me being the only customer at that time in evening. Surely serving customers is more important than unpacking stock?

The servo is always clean
Great staff and management
Very fare and friendly staff
Great car wash too

Wanted to pick up a newspaper and a few other things. Another customer just left as i was walking to the door. Attendant was too busy playing on her mobile to activate the automatic door to let me in. I won't be back anytime soon.

Use this servo every now and then. Usually the staff in the store is helpful and nice, but today's morning the guy in the store asked me to take my guide dog out of the store.
In my case it's a guide dog in training, but for visually impaired people it's their actual guide dog.
I sure hope Coles educate their employees not to discriminate against people with disabilities.
Needless to say it's against the law.
I tried to explain it to the employee in the store, but he wasn't interested

Always have sign saying back in 10 mins, me and 6 others have left already today because of this, this is the 4 th time this place is unattended, perhaps too busy on the phone, please look into this Coles, this person is lack Ng off big time, it's 2: 01 pm Sunday the 9th

Staff helped me load the car with firewood. Had recent surgery and couldn’t lift it. Great work and thanks again

Great staff at this store. Props to the bloke who works some weekday mornings, who's always peppy and tries to flog two-for-one mints with a smile and sense of humour.

Like all Shell stations that are Coles Express, you should never buy unleaded 95 or 98 as they are almost always much dearer than anywhere else even after your discount.
