This shop pushes my OCD over the top!
Never have I seen such a congested paying counter.
Counter is 2 metres long, 1 metre and 92 cm is taken up by lollies! You are left with a 8cm square to put what you have on their counter.
Get rid of the congestion on your counter!
Personally will not go back to this shop.
Should be able to have room and move freely without lollie after lollie after lollie in your personal moving space!
Yes I eat them but this is just ridiculous!

Claims to be 24 hours but good luck getting access after midnight. I think the overnight attendant must sleep out the back as ringing the doorbell, honking the horn and banging on the roller door still doesn't get anyone's attention.
This has been my experience on several occasions between 4-5am.
Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Just received a very unpleasant experience at this store by Ashish. Before paying for petrol I requested for a cash out. Yet the payment for the cash out was ignored. Upon enquiring they mentioned I had to buy something to get a cash out. When I stated I just paid for fuel, I was told they will need to refund the fuel first to make a cash out. Before that he said he would need to serve the next customer first. He then proceeded to serve all incoming customers. I believe people like Ashish need to have proper training or find a more suitable job as his customer service today was demeaning.

Do not confuse this Coles Express petrol station, which is east of Springvale Road, with the one in the west.

The are a number of pumps, including diesel and LPG gas pumps. In addition buckets of clean water with detergent and windscreen cleaning wipers are available, for doing a quick clean of windscreen and windows. Together with these, paper towel is available too. Not many service stations care about provision of such items for the customers.

The mini mart is good to pick up milk, toilet tissues and snacks when you don't want to queue up in the Coles supermarket across the road in Brandon Park Shopping Centre.

Just a word of warning. The milk price is higher than Coles, and I have checked with Coles HO for an explanation. I was told the suppliers were different.

The store is bright and clean, and $1 coffee on the run is available, competing with 7-Eleven across the road.

If you buy some in-store items to certain value, you may get 10 cents / litre off the purchase of petrol. Do not forget to bring along your Flybuy reward card.

I was here yesterday and saw some of your staff not wearing mask properly. I approached one in cigarette counter, told her, ‘you’re wearing mask inside out’. Her reply, ‘Does it matter? ’ It does matter! It’s the other side that filters! Please train/teach your staff the proper way of wearing a mask especially you were reported once that one staff was covid positive. Now i’m not surprised.

Come here regularly and staff was always decent but recently have been disrespected by an attendant with glasses on multiple occasions. My mum asked him questions politely but he would reply disrespectfully with no manners whatsoever. We requested stickies and he told us that they ran out, and after we said we didn’t get the stickies last time, he brings out the stickies and throws it on the table along with the receipt in a very disgusting manner. But petrol is good, thank you.

I stop at this Service Station at least once a fortnight to pick up milk on my way home from work. It's usually between 4: 15 and 4: 30am and I always have to honk my car horn several times in order to wake the attendant who is sleeping out the back. Every. Single. Time. The doorbell probably needs to be louder as it never wakes him up. I'd just go elsewhere if this location wasn't so damn convenient.
I'd recommend you do go elsewhere if you have other options.

Worst possible service you get from a service station. Extremely rude staff behind the counter. The cashier, an Indian woman, needs go back to school and learn the basics of mutual human respect.will never visit again despite the ease of access on the corner.
