For the second time in a couple years I hired a 12 seater bus from Benetook Auto Bus hire and the service provided was fantastic. I was considering going with Sixt another local competitor but the service I received both on the phone and in person by multiple different staff upon pick up/drop off was second to none! These guys care.

Excellent customer service by the lady who served us at fuel station. Very positive and passionate. All 5 stars!

Be careful they are pretty shifty with there prices hiring there trucks, we have been longtime customers & they don’t care! The owner seems pretty lost where he lets his employees run his business to the ground!

Got food poisoning from a "$2 bag". Which was obviously food that had been sitting there all day, it left me sick for over 72, hours. Never again

A friend hired a moving truck from this business and I helped them move by driving the truck roughly 1,300 kilometres on a round trip as well as did some loading and unloading.

The customer service was quite lovely all round and I couldn't be more thankful. Having never driven a truck before, I didn't even need to ask to be briefed on the operations of the truck as they offered to give me a run down before I had the chance.

Driving the truck was wonderful the entire trip and the experience has inspired me to pursue a career in trucking. Couldn't recommend them enough for hire purposes given the smoothness of the journey.
