Worst customer service, I will come to this store after completing work, by washing hands I will ask toilet keys but the sore keeper keilee don’t want to give I don’t know y she had that much attitude.

After many complaints.to Coles Express head office nothing has been done.
This Coles express Shell petrol Station has petrol 30 c more expensive than the Lilydale store 10 min away.
Same fuel, Same company, Same franchise.
Not a nice company ripping the locals off.
Improve your pricing please.as people who live here drive down the line and are not blind.

Stale food. 3 out of five days the coffee machine broken.being cleaned.or last time had no milk.oh well back to 7.11 always reliable

Not the cheapest servo around. Always about 20 cents dearer than say Lilydale on the litre of petrol.

Love these Coles express stores. We dropped in for a coffee and donuts on our way home from Badgers Creek Weir picnic ground. Coffee was great and cheap as chips. We were surprised by the quality of the coffee. Look if your after full Crema then you'll need to get your coffee from a barista. $2.00 coffee was great tasting and creamy enough to enjoy.

Should be open 24 hours and the stuff that turn pumps off at 1150pm sucks and i couldn't get fuel and run out on way to Alexandria thanks heaps

Great range of hot food, Sandwiches and Donuts. Great coffees, $1 for a small. Always friendly helpful staff. Heaps of great deals on drinks, chips, lollies and chocolate. Very clean shop. They have Gas only on two pumps, diesel is on every pump and they have New V-power Diesel. Public toilet. They are open from 4am to midnight 7 days a week

Staff are always to busy cleaning the store stock taking instead of pressing the button so people can actually get there fuel and paying is the same thing, I have waited up to 10 minutes one morning to be served! This has happened to often to be a random thing.
