It was a while back now, but I’m still impressed by the customer service of this company. They looked after my Scanpan warranty. It was so simple and friendly. All I had to do was send them a photo of my issue and they replaced my pot without any issue. Thanks to Wendy’s kind service it was a breeze and a pleasure dealing with them
