I have been going here for a few years now. The ladies are very professional, friendly and talented.

Update: I have been coming to this salon for over two years now and love their work, I've moved to Plexi Gel which is still phenomenal and love their work.

I have used Shelaque Mount Waverley twice now for SNS and have found them to be amazing at their job. Their work is immaculate and their price is fair and everything is very clean. Love their work and will definitely be going back as their customer service is fantastic too.

If you make an appointment as the business likes you to do then you don’t expect to be kept waiting half an hour! Also manicures should not be done with gloves on…. Not particularly happy with my acrylic refill very underwhelming experience

LOVE this salon! Kim and Ann always give the best pedicures, not rushed and actually take time to massage you. Also the only salon I have found that stick to their appointment times. Always return.

SIL came home with colour all over her skin. Not very neat - a wonky mess

Reply: SIL means “sister-in-law”, and if your technician couldn’t get it right three times, what makes you think we still trust your salon? ! No thanks

This team really care any the quality of their work. Nails last longer than lots of other places.

I've been looking for a new nail salon after my regular one changed hands and the service itself was poor thereafter.

I've been to 4 new ones, and each one has managed to cut me and make me bleed during a manicure or pedicure.

This place was no different - another salon, another cut.
Note: prior to getting cut by 4 different salons, I have had no issue with this previously.

And at the end of my SNS, my person went off to lunch and left me sitting there with no instruction. Other staff members then remembered I was there, put the oil and the hand cream on my hand, and then told me to moisturise my hands myself, when typically they always massage it in for me at previous salons.

No discount for the cut either.

Probably won't be back sadly, was looking for a new regular reliable salon.

I had a very good experience from this nails salon, I had a sns dip powder. The customer service was amazing and their work on my nails was fantastic, the place was so lovely and clean, highly recommended!

Called in after trying to call, Vee (not sure if spelling) told me the sign writer got the number incorrect. Was extremely helpful answered all question and made booking for me on the spot. Awesome and friendly all staff that greeted me on arrival. Well done.

Have been here a few times, one visit was fine, then one lady cut my hand nails so short my fingers were sore for 2 days, then yesterday had a pedicure & same thing, toe nails very short when I said ‘not so short please’ I was ignored, then I discovered this lady did not speak english.
How can you run a business with service people dont speak english.
Never to return.
