I purchased an item online and went to the shop to return or exchange it, as there were no other sizes I wanted to return it. I was told that the store had already reached their limit of returns for the day and that I could come back another day!
The store is more than 30 mins away from me so I am not going to go back and forth hoping that they can take my return on that day.
No other store has this limit and it has nothing to do with the bank enforcing a limit. I've been in banking and finance for my whole career and have never heard of this.
Even if it were the case, the bank could easily make this change if it's impacting the customer experience.
I will never shop at Sheike again because of this experience.

What even is customer service?
The two girls in the store were busy talking about the Gucci hacker collection.
Clearly they don’t want sales or any customers because I don’t think they even noticed us walk in and out. Maybe everything is just free for taking?

Update: Customer service contacted me, after little back and forth I was told an area manager would contact me. I have received nothing. This has proven to me that Sheike does not care about their customers.
I will no longer be recommending or shopping with the company.

Wonderful service from Mikaela and Jade (I think her name was) today! They were friendly, open and attentive to my needs. I’ll be back!

Customer service today in your store was disappointing! The store employee was rude and told me the outfit I tried on did not go together and said "I do not like the pants on you at all". Ironically the outfit I chose is paired together online. Not a positive shopping experience.

I walked into the beautiful boutique in Southland on the 6/12/19 @ 12.25pm approx. The store looked beautifully presented and smelled incredible. I was although extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I felt totally out of place, not welcomed and as such an intruder. Not once did any of the sales assistants approach me, speak to me, smile or say hello. A lady was approached 2m away from me in which the SA went and greeted her, smiled and did the whole retail spin. I walked the entire store and back again, just hoping potentially I could get some help. I dont understand how staff can be so rude and disrespectful, Bricks and Mortar stores are suffering and the need for CS is paramount. I'm utterly shocked as this was the only store in Southland which had the WORST service. I would have spent over $300 and been a repeat customer but you have lost me forever. Even MYER had better CS. A new training/store manager perhaps?

I never write reviews but second time I’ve been in this store & second time that I’ve been appalled at how bad the customer service is. So disinterested in serving you, rude, unfriendly & just ugh. So snotty - avoid at all costs.

I’ve never stood in a line for half an hour before waiting to be served, a customer was getting serviced and the worker asked her if she was in the system the lady was so lost she didn’t know her own details example email or phone number, normally I’m patient but to be standing for a while was not fun. After that the worker got her aside to serve me I got served and everything was fine she asked me if I was in the system and I said don’t worry about it I just didn’t have the energy to give my details in even though then asking if I’m in the system makes a difference. I was so frustrated when I got home the dye tag was still on when I left the store. Those beeper stands FYI do not work and I think head office needs to come in and note it down. Lucky my item was scanned and paid because I will now need to go back and show them the top and my receipt.customer service is going down hill and I do recommend more training being careful and just respect.

My wife bought an awezome dress for just $49. I think it was reduced by about 100 or 150. Wow. Plus their whole range was at $49.

There are a lot of stores, most ive never heard of before. All the shops were closed except for ALDI, Target, and Cole when I arrived, which was fine by me. The bathrooms were clean. Odd toilet set up, but I'm from the States where there's just one button or handle and a lot of wasted water.

I went to the store today and the blonde girl with the bob was not friendly not interested in serving me egnored me in the fitting, lucky the other girl served me and made the experience a bit better, the girls in the city store are so friendly and helpful I would recommend going to the city store

I genuinely hate leaving this review, but I’ve recently purchased one of your products in your store located at Westfield Southland Victoria at exactly 5: 41pm on the 12th July 2019. First of all, I was very disturbed and felt very uncomfortable by the way the staff have treated me and my family. There were only two staffs who were working in the store during that period of time, and their attitudes were very disrespectful. I was just wondering if this is the way your brand treats all of your customers because nobody deserves to be treated that way. Please take careful consideration to this problem and take proffessional actions as I do not want another one of your customers to have to go through this experience of feeling utterly unwelcomed and looked down upon.

Wouldn’t even rate this store a one star. Absolute disgrace. Totally ignored when I went in there. Was given the look up and down. Staff were too busy discussing what they were doing on the weekend and what they were going to wear. I went into the change room another lady was given assistance I wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked out of change room or as I walked out. Ordered the top on line. Don’t even bother going into this store. This was on Wednesday 2nd of May. Hope u had a great weekend ladies cost u a sale standing around gossiping!
