Im wearing sheike for many years and really love the brand. Normally i shop at highpoint, its a really lovely team and customer service there. Today, i went to northland to shop. I was so disappointed about how staff treat customer. 2 staffs member was talking to each other too much and didnt care much to me. More over, i know exactly what i should get, but the way they look at me make me feel bad if i didnt buy everything i have just tried on. I tried them on, i could come back and get it other day right. Doesnt mean im not buy them. Even i take 2 and said to them still consider on the size of another 2 and will come back with my husband to try again. The lady was not very happy.
Anyway, i hope this problem should be fix. Customer even buy or not still need to be treat the same. You guys should show your professional service.
Was in on Saturday and the lady with the tattoo's working first of all wasn't even wearing her mask properly and didn't even acknowledge I walked in the store. She seemed very angry and bothered and didn't look like she wanted to help out at all, and looked like to me she was talking under her breath. It seemed to me she had a bad day, WHAT SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS! I didn't feel welcomed at all by her.
About 4 weeks ago now I had come in to return something and the store manager with orange hair and tattoos served me, and she was actually quite impolite and was still eating her chocolate bar at the counter licking her hands and didn't even have her mask on properly nor asked me for my vaccination certificate. When I approached her and told her about my return and my situation, her tone of voice for an older women was appalling when she was was explaining to me what I could do. It sounded like she was bothered, and just didn't want to help me out.
